I just read that Eliza's funeral arrangements are being made for Friday...that low life Henderson's funeral should be happening, not this wonderful woman's funeral....I hope he gets whats coming to him sooner than later.

At around the 8:25 mark of the video of today's hearing posted above, he clearly raises his free right hand. The left hand remains behind his back. I couldn't hear any sound so I stopped watching at that point.

◆Justice for Eliza "Liza" Fletcher.◆

Liza deserve to live a long, full and loving life with her family, and friends!
Her captivating smile captured our hearts, and is loved by so many.

"Meanwhile, other investigators near the location where the body was
found discovered a discarded trash bag, according to the affidavit.
The bag was found near the residence of Henderson's brother,
where witnesses told investigators the suspect was seen several
hours after Friday's kidnapping "acting very strangely."

She did not deserve to be bagged and put out in the woods like trash, and to be devoured
by animals. Inconceivable! This atrocious act was soon avenged.

Such an innocent young lady. She did not deserve to go through such a horrendous death.

I can’t fathom how someone can do this to anyone. Liza just wanted to go for an early
morning jog. She obviously feared no one. Unfortunately, her trust, and this
egregious crime led to her untimely demise.

My Thoughts:
Just because you didn’t know a person, doesn’t mean that you can’t grieve them.
Particularly in the death of Liza Fletcher, we feel as though we knew her.
Why does the death of someone unknown to us affect us? Shock, empathy, realization
that life is short.
Hence, life can be cut short too soon, and such events can help us to step away from the
mundane, the unnecessary stress, and be grateful for what we do have.

Alas, let us be a voice for those who have no voice, and stand up together for justice in the
case of Eliza "Liza" Fletcher.

I doubt that. Even if he gets the death penalty. The statistics for death row inmates is right on the Tennessee website, I posted it below, several have been on "Death Row" for decades!
