I was looking for the article that says that the DA made a compelling case to the Governors office to increase the reward by 50,000... and came across this video from April 18th... Maybe the FBI had a discussion with the DA's office.. ??
Anywho... it's a good video to watch... some info. I was not aware of.. such as the use of camera's in the Natchez park..

Hi everyone.

I just read the latest on Holly's astrological chart and I am hoping there is still a possibility.

It's in one of the TBI media releases

http://www.tbi.state.tn.us/documents/TennesseeGovernorOffersReward.pdf

Late last night, District Attorney General Hansel McAdams of the 24th Judicial District requested the Governor offer the reward for information leading to the apprehension, arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the kidnapping of Holly.

ETA: Hansel McAdams

That article states the reward is only $75K, what happened to the other $5K?

probably a typo. who ever set up the article had old info. like on the AMW web site it still says "dragged off into the woods" after almost 3 weeks.

The reward does not include finding Holly unless found safe and alive, I guess? At least that is the way that version is worded.

I'm not feeling great about this case, but following WS has made me more of a pessimist than before, and we see cases go quiet, and then completely silent. And too many people never found at all. :(

"We're just disappointed," said volunteer searcher Billy Craft. "We should be out there. We should be doing something. … I think she's still alive; that's my gut feeling."

Still, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation put off volunteer searches until there's credible evidence pointing them to a specific area................

My wishful thinking at play here...
Maybe the $5,000 when to an excellent tip .. :)

UPDATE 4/19/2011) The Tennessee Sheriff's Association today increased the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the disappearance of Holly Bobo by $5,000.

That raises the total amount of reward money being offered to $80,000. Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam offered $50,000 yesterday for information leading to an arrest in the case and the community has raised $25,000 for information leading to Holly's whereabouts.

Here is the info on the reward money not sure why $5,000 was taken out of it, unless they didn't put up the money from the TSA...

IMO....this tells me they don't have a clue.

I don't understand why they not loooking at Tabitha Tuder (missing 13 years today) missing from home on the way to the school bus and Amber Cate (who really looks a lot like Holly).

They going back 30 years depending how old they think their pert is.
I just hard headed I think he in his 30s:banghead:

I guessing if their going 30 years back they thinking he might be in his 50s:waitasec: that starting at 20.

The one thing this tell me they are looking at a serial killer.

want to add both of theses girls went missing April. J/S

The only logical reason (well, at least that I can think of) why the reward money offered might be tripled so early on would be if LE were sure of the players involved in the abduction, and certain that big money existed on that side of things to buy the silence of anyone peripheral to the case who knew something. The big reward offering seemed almost like an element in a bidding war.

Then again, maybe the governor just wanted to make a big splash in the search for a blonde, blue-eyed young middle-class Christian woman - as many have suggested.

Eileen, You are incorrect about one thing -

I believe ZIP, NADA and ZILCH would constitute THREE clues in this case instead of the two of which you referred.

HAHAHAHAHA - I'm sorry. At this point, I needed a laugh - even at myself!

also on that link...

http://www.wsmv.com/news/27723859/detail.html

On Thursday, Channel 4 news revealed exclusively that the TBI will examine the cases of four women, abducted or killed in the surrounding area, as part of the Bobo investigation. The cases date back 30 years.

*gasp*

here is the link the story last night...

This is a scary turn of events...

I've read about the case of those two girls that went missing and were later found murdered. IIRC, they had a suspect in mind for that case too, I don't think they were able to "prove it" but LE was pretty confident it was him.

Hi everyone.

This is as much as we can bring from Astro thread. You can link and point posters in that direction. You can't bring any theory from Astro here or compare it to the theories in this thread.
