I just can't imagine how Danielle would be feeling in those last moments, knowing this was it for her, and she got such a short time with her sweet baby.

At least she didn't have to see her baby pass, but just that feeling as a mom, that you're not going to be there to protect her. I just can't.

A drowning victim’s lungs fill with water causing them to sink, then generally after 2-4 days, (it can take much longer in cold water), the body will fill with gases from decomposition and float to the surface before it sinks again, so I’m guessing they are looking on the surface while they are within their projected timeframe.
After that, it gets more difficult to find someone below the surface.

I wonder if he visited just to make the mother feel safe around him…I suspect that the mother lied about the baby needing shots knowing that her family would object to her meeting up with him. If the hospital visit was part of his plan, I wonder if anyone else knew about it. JMO.

I've noticed that the Amber Alert for the baby is still active. That surprised me, because I had assumed that it would be cancelled when BI was arrested for her murder. I wonder if LE thinks that, until they find her body, there is still a slight chance that she might be alive and that is why they are keeping the AA active.

You’re right about that but I guess they have to try after his confession that he put her there. Maybe when her little body floats to the surface it will get caught up on a branch or something near the bank as so often happens.
For the family’s sake I’m hoping for a small bit of good luck in the worst nightmare imaginable.

Really, so not arguing that he isn't guilty but could have been "coerced" good luck with that Attn: Fuchs. There is absolutely no one who will fall for that. I keep coming here hoping that beautiful baby was located. This case is the worst. My heart breaks for her family. I also feel so bad for his children as well. Imagine the stigma this carries. The thought he was there when she was born, what kind of support did Danielle actually truly have. 2 days later he does the unthinkable. God, I HATE THIS ONE!
