I was terrified this would be a case like the girl from California where that man killed her mom and brother and took her off to Idaho. So happy this had a better outcome . I hope they learned a lesson from that case and help her especially with the social media, people can be so cruel and she must be very scared...Im sorry I cannot remember her name but she was tormented on the internet with rude haters and people who just flat abused her.

He told his wife in the note that he was innocent and going to Virginia Beach or DC, and not to call the police. And she didn't, contrary to what we've heard.

He borrowed "his WIFE'S 2015 Nissan Rogue"....

Detectives retrieved his school-issued iPad and laptop.

He used his real name, phone number, and driver's license to rent a Super 8 motel room in OKC with one bed. A witness at the motel said that he asked directions to a local Walmart.

He also stayed in Guyman OK on March 16 and 17 in another Super 8 motel.
