Found Safe TN - SLP, 14, Madisonville, Monroe County, 13 Jan 2019 #3 *ARRESTS*

Investigators say the teen contacted the FBI's office in St. Louis, Missouri while the investigation into their disappearance was underway.

Law enforcement cannot say how they reached out at this point, without hurting the ongoing investigation into the teen's disappearance.

According to investigators, an FBI tip led authorities to the home of Bryan David Rogers, who lives with his mother, in Madison, Wisconsin - where the teen was found.

Bryan David Rogers was arrested and charged with abduction and/or child taking by the Dane County Sheriff's Office, on the same day it was released the teen had been found.

Investigators say it appears Rogers came to Tennessee to get the teen.


Lead investigator in the case, Jason Fillyaw with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, along with a case manager and officer who's been assigned to the FBI, all flew out Friday morning to bring the teen back to Tennessee Saturday night.

Read the story again - FBI tip led authorities to the home. Doesn't seem like Mom is involved since they have had 4 days to arrest her? Timeline is RP arrested around 2:30pm and BR arrested 8:30pm. JMO

Only other Rogers is not her - so far, if she has been, she's not been booked in the jail yet that I can find.

Do we even know if he came down alone to get her, or to put it another way maybe his mother came down with him to pick her up and to soften the idea of kidnapping for bad reasons

Alright let’s check all our usual resources for priors. There would likely be a legal link somewhere if they exist, unless they’re sealed juvenile records?

There could be someone who comes in and takes care of her—either regularly, or respite care. (This is pure speculation on my part. I have not verified it in a background system that I use.)

Notice the arrest information date/ time of 8:35 pm is the same as abduction time so I’m guessing that info is just not filled in correctly, moo.
