Seriously, most bars nowadays have a limit on how much they’ll serve, for liability reasons. OTOH, she had her own bottle, so who knows.
Her cousin went to pick her up. That made me wonder if it's not usual for folks to have made arrangements prior to the cruise. They come back to a big parking lot (my guess). We know there are golf cart "taxis" operating to take people short distances. So, perhaps to a line of regular auto taxis? Hotel shuttles?
One can see what it looks like if you go to this video on youtube, taken Jun 2023. There are three parts to it. There is no parking near the riverboat area as that's historic cobblestone the people are walking up to get to the sidewalk.

Media is saying I-40 Arkansas side. I can’t link to the media source because it’s blocked in my country but it’s in the post just above yours. The bridge on the map is just above where the riverboats leave from.
Presidents Island is just off the old bridge. Which is the I-55 bridge. Not the “new bridge” Hernandez desoto or I-40 bridge.
I’ve been looking too and I can’t find anything. The conveyor comes out straight from the building and I’m pretty sure from the video from the news channel you can see a bridge in the background because you can see the arches/framework. Nothing really north of the bridge however and I’ve been scanning the area for a while. The other side of the river seems pretty peaceful too and not so wide from one side to the other. Anyway, I feel silly thinking about this when a poor person has been found dead. IMO.
Was wondering if it may not have been Kinder Morgan down at the port of West Memphis. But if it was a 20 min drive that may rule it out. I may be wrong but thought I seen part of a crane boom in the video. It’s the only crane I see on the river in that area.
