Good sleuthing, as I am always learning.... Jane Doe's torso was found June 28, 1997, (no more than 3 days after her murder) she was biracial. She has a scar from a cesarean. She had a tatoo on her left breast that appears to be a bite out of a peach, (the tattoo could have been obtained after she went missing). She did not have a birth mark or a spider tattoo. Your doing a lot of great sleuthing, but this lady went missing in 1979 at age 28 so I don't think she would be a match.

NVM doesn't work, Eason didn't disappear until the September after Peaches was found.

This is one that I am intrigued by Shaquita Bell http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/b/bell_shaquita.html. Unknown tattoo left breast, Michael Dickerson plead guilty to her murder in exchange for not being prosecuted in another case but he could never lead LE to the body.
