I too thought 'TBP.' Glad you said it actually as when I mentioned it up thread I thought I might be seeing things :)

I did also. I spent quite a while chasing TBP meanings, connections.

ETA: I learned that only Japanese Tat artists will sign their work (nowadays), and that it is usually frowned upon. I learned that there is a TBP tat shop in Germany. And I learned the TBP could stand for tattoo body piercing, total body painting (which was a big thing in the late 1990s) or Tau Beta Phi, but not necessarily Tattoo by Peter (or Paul).

Yes, covering old initials makes the most sense to me. I made my husband cover his ex's name on his forearm, he now has a huge dragon instead.
I would imagine that a peach tattoo was relatively inexpensive, because its small, and it seems like an old school design.

I wouldn't be surprised if Peaches is from Georgia. Georgia Peaches is our nickname for us Georgia girls.
Maybe the nickname came from her having a southern accent? She possibly became known on the streets as Peaches and got a tattoo representing that? It could be a start to looking for missing persons. The initials in the tatt are very interesting. I doubt the women that came with her were actually family members. Maybe they worked for a John and they took her to get her tatt. Could be they were doing the Johns bidding. I wonder if the tattoo artist noticed if she actually had a southern accent? That would be something that he may very well remember. Our southern accents are strong and do stand out when in other parts of the country. Very hard to get rid of too or hide. Just a thought.

Also we do need to keep in mind when trying to match her to a missing person that it's very possible she didn't have the tatt when she went missing initially.

No southern accent according to the tattoo artist(if he's legit)

"Cullen said the woman did not have a southern drawl to her voice nor did she have a Spanish or urban accent.

“She seemed like a good kid, not the trouble type, just a typical fun-loving kid"

I had that exact same bracelet in white gold in the late 90's.

Wow! I mentioned earlier to find out more about the jewelry and the suggestion was ridiculed. Great find! It looked familiar but I could not place the brand to it. Was the business a start up at the time and it was only sold in a few locations would be a good lead.

Fox news posted 12 mins ago about an escort saying former chief paid worker for sex

Crazy!!

J.Burke, ex Suffolk C.chief, has his own thread dedicated to him here which I have started to read today and just can't stop. Really good information there what was/is happening with Suffolk LE office and others involved, about cases etc.

agree. I think one likes to dismember and the other does not.

I have thought from the start that the GB4 and the other bodies found were 2 different killers. I now think that Jessica Taylor, Peaches aka Jane Doe #3, Jane Doe #6, and toddler are all connected and maybe Asian male. The killer I assume we will call the Manorville Butcher. I hope that I can help to find out who these people are and now I am anxious and not in a good way to see how many more deaths we could tie to this killer. IMO I think that over lapping of the dumping grounds of these 2 killers could be a coincidence. This could definitely be the key to identifying Peaches and Toddler and maybe the rest of the missing in this case.

Thank you Emre E and Mountain Kat, that does clear it up.

So, just for recap

28 June 1997 - torso of Peaches found with pillow case and towel https://www.identifyus.org/en/cases/11652
4 April 2011 - remains of toddler found with jewellery https://identifyus.org/en/cases/9704
11 April 2011 - remains/ extremities (-end of limbs?) of adult found with jewellery - now linked to Peaches torso from 1997

Not sure yet how 1996 is linked to Peaches, maybe it was just typo on the show?
Well thank you but it still doesn't make sense.
If the toddler is peaches child and the toddler died 1 year before she/he was found that would make it 2010. I had also read the toddler had been deceased for 5-6 days.
Not trying to be funny but there is no way a woman deceased in 1997 could give birth to a 3 year old in say 2007 or 2008.
something is not right in dodge.

this is a poorly written story.. Shannan's father was African American.. That's what the author refers to. Not talking about Peaches.
Oh sorry--I was on multiple thoughts found the article thinking the African American woman could be Peaches. I'm still confused as to when she was found and was able to have a child after her death as the child was found in 2010 and said to be 3 years old.

How do you know how old the toddler was and how long she was dead for?

"Peaches" was a light skinned African American girl

It was reported that the toddler was between 16-36 months and someone posted on here that namus showed the child was deceased less than a year. I'm just using the high end of the range.

Toddler: Found in 2010, but dead and buried 13 years. Ish.

Peaches is reported to be light-skinned AA.
