I thought about that but don't they get the same one on all the girls as if they're like cattle that they're branding? I feel like she got it with cherry or because she liked hers a lot. Also Burke's middle name starts with a c so I guess those can't be his iniatls but what about others in the gilgo beach area? If we know the first confirmed murder year then we can maybe guess the age of the person better

Well in tattooing a peach is a symbol of meaning life. I mean we've all heard the sexuality reference to peaches but in tattoos cherry is sexuality symbolism peaches are life, so a bitten peach is a life being taken or controlled or somehow interfered with. I read about peach tattoo symbolic meaning on Google so I'm not a expert and she could have just liked peaches. She could have used that a a symbol of her having a child. Or some kind of loss. If she didn't have tons of tattoos the meaning would likely have escaped her.

This is probably a long shot and maybe someone mentioned already but just wondering if it is not a peach at all and maybe the legendary Jamaican fruit called the Ackee which is poisonous if not prepared right.

It looks very similar in shape and color to me. Also in NYC there is a large Jamaican and Peurto Rico population. Someone mentioned the town of Jamaica where she could have been from. So in searching for the peach fruit I found references to this Ackee fruit.

Just wondering if a close relative died eating the fruit or something along those lines.

Thats a good possibility. I never thought it looked like a peach or was orangey enough, but the color could be bad tattoo artistry. If you are referring to a town "Jamaica" in NYC. It is a section in the borough of Queens. Each borough in NYC; Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan & Staten Island are all sub divided into neighborhoods with names, thus Jamaica, Queens, NYC, NY. I don't know why anyone would want a tatoo to remind them of the manner of someones death, but anything is possible.

I studied it a lot and searched what i believe could be the whole point of the letters and the symbolic peach.

I'm more leaning towards the baby just didn't fit the agenda. The baby was just a unwanted, thing to dispose of without pleasure or remorse just to achieve his ultimate goal. The baby doesn't fit into the ritual or any kind of staging or compulsive behavior so it was just an obstacle. The baby wasn't' despised of the same because it didn't get him off like the ritual that drives him to kill the others and he likely only killed the baby because it would have died either way if left there and couldn't take the chance to leave it anywhere so it was a self preservation/obstacle/afterthought kill. Although this could have presented a opportunity to have control early and more control they he'd ever had which allowed him to use the child to his advantage and that was likely thrilling and he maybe hated to lose that. He would have had total control without anything but a mere hint of a threat. I think for these reasons this was a special encounter to him. I think If he's able to control his desires to keep trinkets and evidence to relive the event. This one maybe different. I also think he's organized I believe he lives some distance from the crimes, nothing extreme but not close 15-25 miles. If he was disorganized hed want to keep them close to himself. It would be an irrational attempt to control the outcome of the discovery and inability to fight compulsion to be near. I think these could be different. I think it is or could be possible the locations are either closer to him because he couldn't resists or have more significance to him. Maybe something specifically before the murders started a car accident perhaps or a place his car broke down and he felt out of control and vulnerable. It would be wise to look into police collision reports from that area and perhaps abandoned vehicles overnight, tickets of those sorts. Possibly death of a love one there.
Just one mans mind at work.

Yeah, she could have told the tattoo artist what she wanted and got whatever. The other girl had cherry tattoo in same spot I think. Possibly hooker names? Peaches-cherry?
