Trying to understand this (reason for delay) with the lack of specific info and vague language by the state, defense, court, and MSM.

A trial date has been set for the week of May 11 for Tammy and Sidney Moorer, who are charged in the death of Heather Elvis, according to court documents filed Dec. 31.

The trial of Tammy and Sidney Moorer in connection with Heather Elvis' disappearance has been
continued.
An order filed yesterday in Horry County Court says the case will not be heard in May, but other pretrial motions will still be held.
The continuance was agreed to by all parties, the order says.
No reason given.

A trial date was originally set in May of this year, but was delayed.
Richardson said that date wasn't realistic because they were
still waiting on paperwork in the case.
But now he says his office is
waiting on one last piece of key evidence before the prosecutors office or defense lawyers can move forward.
