Good morning!

There are three photos in the shower sequence that have bothered me. They are at 5:24:48, 5:24:52, 5:24:56. There is clearly a substance that is running down his neck in all three photos that looks a lot like blood. I've missed any discussion regarding this, and I'm wondering what others think about these three photos. I'm thinking that her attack on Travis began even before he got in the shower? If it is blood running down his neck, what is the source? And if it isn't blood, what is it?? The fact that it appears in all three photos indicates to me that something is definitely there.

I see what you mean but he does not seem in distress in the pictures to me.

Oh and good morning all.

Thanks sooooo much just for looking even if you don't find it. I wouldn't even know where to start to look for it myself.

You rock! :great:

You're welcome! :) I'm listening to trial videos now, up to Day 25 (Mon. Feb. 28) but haven't found it yet. I agree, the way they are identified is confusing.
Will review more tomorrow!

So did Dr Drew lol!! What did Sanjay say? Dr Drew explained that the amnesia he diagnosed JA with is triggered by medications and chemical imbalances, not trauma, having sex or showers that are too hot or cold. He also challenged his whole brain study about memory formation. :floorlaugh:

too bad dr. gupta couldn't be a witness for the prosecution. ha.

It does look like blood in 5:24:48 and 5:24:52, but in 5:24:56 it just looks like a dark line or maybe a scar or a well defined muscle? It is really weird!!

OMG he would be amazing!!!!! and so fun to watch!! Love that guy!!

Thanks! Do you know what day number of the trial that was? Seems like all the YouTube links are listed like "Day 12" or "Day 23," etc. Those numbered days don't make much sense to me.

Day 21 (but I don't think it's there) Day 22 and Day 23. Hope that helps!

after being washed i'd say that the photos are probably darkened so that shadows and water etc look darker. i thought his back was all scratched up at one point but i think that's just artifacts on the pic.

I also thought he had ligature marks on his neck in one of the photos. I guess artifacts are the answer, but it's so eerie considering what JA did to him.

The hearing today is to decide whether he can talk about planned vs. unplanned murder vis-a-vis the crime scene.

Ahh, got it. Thank you. Did Juan even argue against him quoting an article written by someone who does not have a degree in psychology? I seriously can't wrap my brain around this being allowed. It's almost the same as allowing an article, written by a tow truck driver, about how eating Cheerios for breakfast may make one's tongue itch resulting in stress hormones being released making the person's ability to reason and "premeditate' next to impossible.

It just doesn't make sense to me. There just just doesn't seem like there is any solid foundation as to the credentials of the author, therefore rendering the article itself inadmissable. Call me crazy....

ROFL

He did object to it but on grounds of discovery, he objected to the whole power point because he hadn't seen it until yesterday morning. The judge recessed court for a couple hours so Juan could review the PP and re-depose the witness. When court came back in session he didn't really fight the Time piece that hard.

He's a creep looking for 5 minutes of glory. Juan will take care of him. :rocker:

DD's juror, Katie, said she or someone overheard him in the hallway talking about how his appearance would be great for his up coming book sales.

Thank you. Glad media are on this...

Jodi Arias Psychologist Sanctioned In New Jersey

(snipped)

It was unclear whether lawyers in Arias' trial were aware of the sanctions on Samuels.

(snipped)
The board fined Samuels $2,500 and ordered training for "ethics and boundary issues." Samuels also was directed to "cease crossing boundaries with clients and entering into relationships which may create conflicts of interest with his clients."

I know absolutely nothing about being a mormon. In my part of the U.S. there are none that I have ever known of.

Lol, really? You've never received a visit from a couple guys on bikes in short sleeve dress shirts and ties, who would, "like a moment to talk to you about the Church of Latter Day Saints?"

yeah it is... totally creepy.

and what's up with the duct tape on his arm?
