Here's the video from the song Jodi sang to herself...Dido "Here with me"

Dido - Here With Me (Official HD Music Video) - YouTube

She's standing in her lovers bedroom watching him from the closet. I swear this case is just so creepy! I can imagine Jodi hiding in the closet watching Travis

You know, after watching this, I think she was "bragging" about what she did in a subliminal way. The video shows things SHE had done, and she probably figured only someone as "brilliant" as she (thinks she) is would "get it." Much like serial killers.....they taunt the police and if the police don't pick up on it they leave even MORE obvious clues.

Her stories - I think the things she says with certainty (screaming; "kill you b**ch!"; fury) they are memories of what SHE did and what SHE said, and she's transferring them to TA. She is KA-RAY-ZEE and I pray to God she is locked up and dies in prison.

What's scarier is that there are people just like her walking around out here with us.

I don't normally swear but WTF is she doing? She looks insane. Maybe that is what they should of went with. Again WTF!

IMO diminished capacity (or whatever the U.S. legal term is for insanity) would have been a much better defence, from their point of view.

I'm sure Samuels, for the same fee, would have found her incompetent to stand trial, and insane at the time of Travis' ghoulish murder. This new tape alone would support that!

I know, I know, sociopaths/psychopaths are not technically insane - I am talking about Samuels and Arias spinning it (she is used to being spun, eh?).

The jury would have gone for that plea in a heart beat. She would be escorted off to a mental facility (I presume same as Canada) and out again in no time.

Thank the stars above they didn't go this route! :jail:

I totally agree. She admitted that TA was convinced Mimi was the "one". Planning to take Mimi on a trip to Cancun was, according to my calculations, the biggest step AWAY from JA that he had taken since the break up.

I do believe that she found out that Mimi was going (possibly read his email to her), but I do not believe Travis told her Mimi was the one he wanted to marry. No way. TA knew how she stalked,..tire slashing, emails, ect. He would not have thrown Mimi under "Jodi's" bus.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't one of Travis' friends say on DD or one of the HLN shows that Jodi had hidden in his closet before, or am I getting it mixed up? If so, that Dido video is even more creepy. :what:

Yes one of his friends did say! Travis found herin his closet and other times asleep on his bed or couch

And now imagine your ex is a psychopath and
you are fighting for custody and
the judge orders Richard Samuels as your custody evaluator
and this is no criminal trial so the state's not picking up the tab so you're looking at anywhere between $10k-$50k...

MOO: The legal system is massively f*(*ed

Ug and blech. That my friend would be hell!!! I need to go find something positive.

Does anyone remember when JA suddenly mentioned that TA thought MH was brought to him through a divine plan to be his wife (or something like that)? It was near the end of the jury questions, I think.
I suspect (!) that this had everything to do with her final break with reality and may have happened just before the text altercation around May 26 when TA calls her a sociopath. Jealousy and envy and loss of face seem to be her deepest motivations and this statement by TA goes against all her casual mentions of his relationship with MH.

She testified that Travis told her God had revealed to him that Mimi would be his wife. Telling her that was his unpardonable sin imo.

Did I miss a Live stream video today? I went to get my hair cut, came home and turned on HLN to hear them say that court had been in session today, a Friday? :what:

Why would you go to get your hair cut? Well, anyway, you were lucky, it was postponed until Monday morning 10:15 AZ time

After watching his testimony this morning on my DVR my cross for this Dr. involves something like :

Why do you leave that portion of long hair fuzz on the back of your head? Do you think it makes you look smarter? Younger?

Do you go to the same barber that Gus Searcy enjoys?

(if this breaks TOS, please feel free to delete, I just had to point that oddity out--it's actually giving some much needed advice because both of them would look much better if they clipped that off, imo of course)

I knew a woman who, whenever you went to her house, would pull out the "Who's Who in the World" and flip it to her bookmarked page. I think she forgot and showed me about 3 different times.

Basically they put a lot of well known people in there (ex: the Queen of England), and then anyone can submit their own entries. They make their money off of people who submit their own entries who then buy the book.

I am sure it is the same with the Who's Who in Entertainment"

That says a lot. Completely gross-worthy only! :yuck:

OT
Your right about how those types of books work. Im not sure about those 2 specifically but I was once solicited through the mail for a similar book.

The spiel went something like this "CONGRATULATIONS We are contacting you because your credentials allow you to be included in this elite book of similar qualified individuals. It is free and all you have to do is fill out this form below and then submit the shipping and handling fee and you will be included in our next edition."

What they dont tell you is the shipping and handling covers cost of book of course as well as a profit margin. They also dont tell you that practically everyone qualifies. I pretty much knew what was going on but bought the book anyway because I was young and silly back then. I have to admit it was kind of fun to see myself in print but after the years went on i realized how i pretty much just threw about 49.99 down the tubes. LOL

I am beyond the point of being surprised by JA's behavior. The one thing that brings me comfort is knowing not one juror will regret their guilty verdict after this trial is over and they explore EVERYTHING available in this case. The overwhelming evidence will heal any suffering of their souls from having the heavy burden of sentencing another human being to death.

Let's hope Dr. Whateverhisnameis had the same impulse. Just sayin.

Honestly, If I'm JM .. I do NOT want the jury to see this video. I would be concerned that a juror might look at this and think "My God, this girl is out of her freaking mind" ... and then NOT want to give her the DP on account of her being batsnip crazy.

I don't think it shows her as crazy at all. She isn't normal but she isn't crazy. She thinks she has answered and acted perfectly with Det. Flores and is proud of herself. You know when you have done something or said something that you are proud of and when you think no one is watching and you fist pump and say YES! Come on...we all do it while on the computer or in our showers reenacting the moment. The acrobatics are stress relievers, muscle relaxers in getting ready for what's coming next. More talking, lie detector? She's getting ready.

How many of you, with children of dating age, are as horrified as I am by watching JA and CA? Our kids are out in the world with people like this? It's downright terrifying.

Since that was just before she was arrested, I suspect she realized she was done for, and hoped that acting crazy would get her put into a mental hospital rather than jail. She always seems to be thinking one step ahead, IMHO!

I was thinking the same thing

ITA. First, I believe it's a stunt because she knew the camera's were on her. I believe she was thinking if she got caught, she would use the "insanity" defense. Since, she is obviously not insane, just a freak of nature, the prosecution wouldn't want this in at trial.

IMO - the jury shouldn't see it. The first thing that came to my mind was "she is bat-chit crazy", wouldn't want the jurors thinking this way. I don't want them to have one ounce of sympathy for her..ever!

:moo:

Nice to see Samuels ethic issues and discipline actions are now on hln.
