Note to self: don't ever ever ever ever ever ever go up against Juan. Ever. ;)

Juan is relentless! Love it!

Even if he could prove that Arias had PTSD - my question is - so what?

No, Willmott, he's not trying to make her PTSD look worse by adding more criteria, he's trying to make it sound like she has it when his own written record indicates that she DOESN'T.

He just included a criteria due to the fact that Jodi was traumitized by whatever it was she couldn't remember.

Am I insane? Did I really hear that? That makes no sense!

How is this allowed?? Please tell me how they can allow an expert to ADD new info. that was not disclosed to the state?? PLEASE help me understand :please: pizzzzed

RS: The correction I made in preparation of cross exam, when I realized that my report was not going to withstand the scrutiny of JM.

Hahahahahahaha, priceless.

I understand the frustrating nature of the way JM questions witnesses, but one has to understand that he not only has to create foundation for new exhibits, he needs a straight answer in order to impeach the credibility of the witness. He doesn't have to let a witness drone on and on and on...just so he seems "nice" and "accomodating".

Dr S. blah blah blah blah blah... I don't believe word he says..

I DX'd her BPD with Sociopathic tendencies over a month ago & more on target of true DX!
(I'm not even a Dr shhhh)

I'd like my $250 please ;)

He wrote in his notes "shaking". Was that the kind you can actually see? Like a little doggie?

Did she shake, rattle, and roll?

Guilty of all of the above while watching JA and Samuels on the stand!:great::great:

We're back to feeling sorry for Jodi because she suffers from symptoms of PTSD. What about Travis and what he suffered? :banghead:

no-I am wondering why!!

I think Juan wanted to show the jury that the doctor never made any specific or accurate notes concerning the date or time of supposed incident. :liar:

But I don't think he wanted to allow the doctor to go into any other details or it might sound 'real' if it was discussed in his office by her.

Wait wasn't this test taken when she was still telling the Ninja story? How is he now finding her memory and killing of Travis on this test? I'm lost.

Exactly !!! I have muted it now, this is all just BS.
I can't believe what has been done to Travis, I can't wait for Justice.

No he doesn't need to read a revision after thirty years, he needs to retire.

Common critiques of the new DSM include the expansion and overuse of the diagnosis of PTSD. This quack and this case are the perfect example why.

The layperson are MSW LCSW, Addiction Specialists, MS.Psych. etc. We are layperson. SNOB!!!
