The Jurors just called the good Dr. a liar!:floorlaugh:

Wait - Is amnesia more or less likely to occur with premeditation? Less likely.

So did he just say in essence that it was premeditated? :waitasec: According to the party line anyway.

They are nailing him. They are exposing him for what he is. I love this jury.

OMG...Mr. Martinez made not be able to testify correctly. BAHAHAHA.

Jodi's long lost uncle...

"thrown by veracity?" as in "thrown by the truth of it?" did he mean ferocity?

So we shouldn't believe ANYTHING he said on the stand - yep - that's what I thought

I think the jury is going to get tired of all the defense witnesses trying to blame Juan for their lying.

Veracity of Mr. Martinez! :furious: Just like Jodi, getting in his digs. Shame on you!

Love the questions...seems like the jury is paying attention.

I can't believe he just tried to roll JM under the bus...good thing JM objected and the judge didn't even let JM finish the objection and just sustained it right then.

Haha!...
He was "thrown by the veracity of Juan's questioning"!
Sustained!

I wish they would have asked "you didn't have a chance to speak to Travis because hes dead!!!"

Exactly! He didn't get a chance to talk to Travis. Love this jury!

He's toast. It's clear to me from the questions that the jury (or at least those posing the questions) know the good doctor is pulling his testimony out of his hipporumpus.
