When Jodi goes back to jail at the end of each day, does she have to go through the same search process as when she first entered?

Omg, When JW brought up 3 hole wonder I peed my pants a little!
You know everyone is thinking that after seeing the "anal" pose! :great:

With all that drawn out questioning she did why not just keep going till end of the day. Juan will show this man his backside again leaving his mans butt hurt till Monday.

Let's look at some raw date you flipping idiot.. Oooh the hatred I'm loving it.

Did the jury ask about those texts?
I musta' missed it....

Thank goodness! I would have been so crushed if I'd not been able to see and hear JM at least a little before the long weekend.

Another approach? I'm gonna swat that woman. grrrrr

omg
she needs to get a life,2 approches in the space on one question

about how they are going over and when to call it quits and stop making and belaboring the same points ad naseum. This is a huge turn off and anyone who does public speaking of any kind knows to take cues from your audience. I just really don't think either atty has helped their client by the unnecessary extended time each have "held court" so to speak. Between them and their client they are like total camera hogs or something. When you've got a client who is already insulting the jury by her incessant lying you don't really want to exacerbate it by rubbing it in their faces for days at a time. Get it on the record and move on-show a little respect for the time of these jurors.
ITA, Boytwnmom -- The only reason I can think that makes them do this is they think giving him a 2nd shot at the question might allow him to sound a bit wiser and more professional since he didn't do such a good job the 1st time.... IDK.

I think they know they're on a sinking ship, and they know this witness is an anchor instead of ballast.... And they know that the PTSD diagnosis is very important -- something has got to take the sting (this is a very inadequate word, I know) out of the horror she put upon a good man who deserved none of it.

But yes, they should just cut their losses and let Juander Man go at him. Postponing it doesn't make it go away, it just prolly pizzes off the jury and makes this poor man look more pathetic than before this rehab session started... <sigh>

JMHO

Rule #1: Never question or underestimate Juan Martinez's intelligence. :rocker::great:

Excellent, he'll leave the jury with something legitimate to ponder this weekend. None of the pointless filler they had to sit through for the last 4 hours.

Juan gets up and it's approach, approach, approach, approach. I'm sure this isn't lost on the jury.
