I think many TA's friends hoped JA was a short term relationship and she would not be around for long. The fact that she did move back to California probably gave them a false sense of security about her.

Also bet TA knew they didn't care for JA and probably didn't let them know just how incidious she was.

About all I need to know is, JA and TA were dating, ala long distance and announced as a couple, early in their relationship. But then TA broke it off and THEN she moved to Mesa, Az.

IMHO, that explains pretty well to me, how their relationship evolved. She was the stalker, IMHO.

imho - you are not being unreasonable - b/c this has been a principle criticism I have had about the judge's control of this courtroom. Schedule this stuff after jury hours - before. Tighten this schedule up. Show respect to the jury's time.

Maybe I'm being unreasonable here but it seems to me that any out of court discussions by attorneys could have been conducted yesterday following the early recess.
