The reason you didn't see her shaking was because she DIDN'T SHAKE!

I did not notice the shaking because there wasn't any. C'mon doc, tell the truth!!

oh...so cause she said she shakes it must be so according to Dr Quacksalot

We need to remember that the final jury has not been chosen. No idea if a deliberating juror asked a certain question. I have my faves picked out already though.

jurors do not did not see shaking!!! He didn't even see it hahahahaha

He keeps using the term probability. I wish someone would ask him to explain the mathematical definition of probability. And if he can't, is he using the term colloquially? If so, please give us his colloquial understanding of probability.

Really? What about this question...
"Are there medications to treat this terrible PTSD?"

WTH?? Terrible PTSD?

It is so weird how different people can perceive something. That question, to me, is DRIPPING with sarcasm. This TERRRRRIBLE PTSD...make of that what you will.

I just wanna say, I don't give a hoot if she has PTSD.

Don't care, don't care, don't care.

JMHO
fran

How about the shaking, now I know you care about that lol

Agreed. Most of the questions tend to show that but I think there are one or two questions that could be argued as believing him.

I missed the first few questions so maybe those indicate someone believes him -- every question I have heard would not be considered pro-defense IMO

who cares is she shakes!!!! omg this jury is scaring the you know what out of me

Ok this Jury just from the questions tell you they aren't buying what this DT is selling!

They also pay attention to details..

Did you see her shake or did she tell you she shakes?

IE We ain't seen her shake did you? Nope M'kay got it!

OMG! She pointed out her shaking and showed him!
