It would have come in already. This is CIC info not rebuttal info. There is no reason to save something they've known for 5 years. Again, I don't see how matching the brands helps all that much. The same brand may be common and would not necessarily mean anything. There's a lot of wishful thinking here.

Then that's probably why it was never brought up at trial. Winchester is the leading manufacturer of ammunition so I agree it wouldn't have proved much. No more so than the fact that the handgun that killed Travis was an automatic and so was the one stolen from her grandparents.

Taking issue with his testimony or his credibility is one thing. Calling him fat, ugly, greasy, etc. is just nasty.

I change how I feel about his show from day to day. The one friend of TA, the one who claims to be an 'intuitive' really doesn't set well with me but that's just my opinion.

No? Most experts testify VERY predominantly for one side or the other. Like 95-100%. In fact, imo, that testimony was elicited to show that she's NOT defense-oriented.

I think the difference between making fun of Nurmi's ties or Willmott's hair and ALV's sexual orientation (as per speculation) is that there is not currently an entire community of "bad tie wearing" Americans who have been systematically excluded from social legitimacy based on their choice in ties.

To put it another way, if an African-American "expert" took the stand on behalf of the defense, while there would be jokes about her hair cut or clothes being unflattering, I don't think there would be jokes about how extremely black her clothes or hair are.

Has there been any information about his childhood other than the intro to his book on his blog? I haven't heard anyone speak to it, ever, including any of the other family members. Not that I'd expect them to, necessarily.

I think both of his parents died as a result of drug abuse. But he and his siblings (i think) went to live with their Mummum before the parents died.

I don't have any links or anything, just remembering from articles I've read.
