I hate insomnia.
Someone who was posting when it happened said they heard, "Ahhhhh, b******t"!I watched that part multiple times earlier and distinctly heard a loud cough right after thelieswords fall out of her mouth. A distinct cough.
Not saying it was JM, but it sounded like a "you'vegottobeffingkiddin'me" cough.
I am confused -- so this is the artist who drew that pic of Mr. M ? Or did JA draw it ?
Because the other day, she looked like she was "sketching."
And we know for a fact that she is able to "sneak" things out of the courtroom through her mit specialist and mom !
TIA !
:seeya:
OMG ... is this for real ?
:waitasec: I can't remember which day it was ... but Jodi kept looking towards Mr. Martinez when she was drawing ...
I believe it was ynotdivein who thought that Jodi was drawing Mr. Martinez !
Wow ... just creepy IF she really drew this !

Just curious, does Juan's expert witnesses work for the state, as in a salaried employee? Not trying to haul in big bucks for retirement or revive a career or while attempting to relaunch an old book in another paperback printing....like Alyce? I mean Juan's peeps will be pros, right?
Good night and good luck. You and me both. I have chronic insomnia, but since daylights savings time it has been worse, even though I like the longer afternoons. I don't get it. I may head that way in a minute and try to :countsheep: anyway.
i kept a journal when i was married to an abusive alcoholic. He had me convinced every fight we had was my fault. So i started to keep a journal of everything that happened. I kept it at work because i knew it was a risk. It didn't take long for me to figure out i wasn't the problem. My life was definitely not boring. Even now (15 years later) i don't want people to know what went on. I burned it when i finally got away from him.
I am from NYC and the last time I wrote in a diary/journal was when I was 11 and it was a lil pink Hello Kitty diary I got from a Scholastic Book subscription. I had 6 entries in it...the first six days I received it. I loved it for all of 6 days lol. I haven't met anyone in my 40 yrs. on this earth who has kept a journal/diary.
Here's another thing I hope he caught: ALV testified today that Travis gave Jodi a pair of Spiderman underwear for Valentines Day, among other things. Jodi testified he gave her a package of underwear---and then naturally had to go into detail about how she opened the package and took them off of the cardboard etc etc etc. I realize neither is true but just sayin'.
Why does JW have to respond when JM objects? JW does so as if the judge isn't smart enough to figure out what to do with the objection.
Yeah that's another indicator of her not being an expert. Telling stories and making generalizations is pointless. Those situations are completely different. Why can't she use some facts and figures. You can only imagine what process she uses when she peer reviews that journal that's dumb enough to have her as a reviewer.
Well, get ready to laugh, but my husband keeps a journal and he's done this for at least 20 years. He writes things like, changed furnace filters, dinner at Outback, painted back bedroom. No "dear diary" stuff. He says it's to help him keep track of things. I make fun of him, and always call it his diary. He isn't amused.
DeMarte does not work for the State.
ALV also rewrote the entire story of JA walking in on TA's 'mastubatory event' today. Weird thing was I rewatched JA's entire cross on that topic last night and today it was retold by ALV and it was an entirely new story. She repeated today JA caught him looking at photos on his computer and also threw in a tidbit about TA borrowing money from JA that day. On cross JA stated she was at work and came over to help him put away xmas decorations but didn't know what time. She stated TA was desperate to speak to her and yet there were no calls from him. She sends TA a text that day asking if he had made the deposit, he says yes and she answers thanks so much, I'll make it worth your while or something like that. No evidence that JA had been asked or did loan TA money, that's for sure.
:floorlaugh:
I'm reading Richard Burton's diary right now. I thought it would be all full of steamy stuff about him and Liz, but there is a period of about a month where every day says the same thing:
Booze
Booze
Booze
Booze
hoh: But in his defense he never wrote those journals thinking anybody but him and Liz (and later Sally) would read them.
