I wish 5 would make it clear and sip a strawberry frap
LOL! I'll only change my mind of KCL feels it isn't a good idea for the juror to be in court.
I wish 5 would make it clear and sip a strawberry frap
Why would she willingly "sign up" for something she doesn't believe in? She was not forced to do this.It doesn't matter what she believes, she's doing the job she signed up for. Just like the defense attorneys.
You need to ask yourself: Is it possible for an intelligent woman who is an expert in domestic violence to be completely snowed by Jodi's story?
Can any reasonable person actually believe any part of Jodi's story that Travis was a pedophile, a woman batterer, a sexual deviant and a liar?
Does Travis' corpse look like it was the result of a terrified woman attempting to flee being attacked?
The answer is no. So, I have to conclude that ALV took this case for different reasons. I don't know the reasons, but if this woman actually believes the DT position, she just isn't capable of rational and critical thought.
MOO
Juror #5 and I share the same haircut.... not color, just cut. :rocker:
That's where the spectators sit.
Otherside is family/media.
Right?
I don't like that she is sitting on the defense side of the room.
I'm going to sit in court. Please respect my privacy and not attempt to approach me, or ask me questions.BBM: BINGO !!! You nailed it here ...
I read that statement last night -- and what she is doing is the complete opposite of what it sounded like she was going to do !
JMO and MOO ... but I just don't know what to make of this ... and that is very unusual for me to be
:fence:
Late again. So silly of me to even type this. What else is new? *Yawn*
I think Juror #5 should have stayed away. This is going to give the DT even more fuel for a mistrial IMO. :furious:
i love donovans face :seeya:
If she is there on her own choice...wtf.......
All I can hope for is that someone asked her to be there because she has to go on the stand or something important. !!
I may be a buzz kill, but since I've sat in many trials over the years...
I'm not a fan of Juror #5 coming back. Sure, she's free to do so.
I've been becoming more and more worried about how much gets out of what is transpiring in the courtroom and outside, and I'm concerned. I think last week was a warning, and the less said, the better. Same with the media - I know they have a job to do, and they fight to get things released (because we, the public, are entitled to a lot of info)....but just because we "can" doesn't always mean it's a good idea. I am sooooo NOT a fan of HLN, but most of the time that is my only option to peek at this trial. I can't stand them. JMO, of course.
I've never been involved in a DP trial, but in my years of being involved, on both sides (unfortunately), I've always understood the court system to be very conservative and serious. Behavior should be the same.
Please Juror #5, please watch from your TV. Yes, we all want her to speak, but afterwards. Don't give the DT any tidbits.
JMO and :moo: (putting flame suit on)....
I think she is sending a pretty big message to someone.Juror # 5 is free to do as she wishes, just like anyone else who wishes to go to the courtroom & watch the trial. It does seem to be in conflict to her message to the media, but as long as she doesn't talk to anyone, it's a free world :rocker: :moo:
