This really worries me. Why isn't the state in there with them now? It is unusual because normally all sides are present in the chambers.

I just can't understand why the DA is in chambers with the judge while the PA is in the courtroom? Under what circumstances would this be allowed?

I find it very odd that there is ex parte with the judge.

I am starting to think that the Judge is giving them the "how much longer" on their case treatment...that would explain why Juan isn't in there...but that wouldn't need to include La Violette...

It wouldn't take nearly this long to brow beat LaViolette for her behavior re: Samantha...

Here's hoping that LV has decided that she will not tarnish her reputation further and is refusing to testify...

Why the delay?

Not sure what the delay de jour is but..... I am curious as to who Judge Sharon has to answer to because this reduced 4 day per week (20 hour total) trial --to save money-- is not cost-effective at ALL when you start doing the math!

What's the sense of 'saving' money now when all that does is extend this trial later? Who is over-seeing this nonsense?

Judge Perry (Casey Anthony) had or at least threaten to hold court on Saturdays for the sake of time and money so obviously it CAN be demanded. Why the heck isn't that notion used here?

I'm also not sure why Stevens is presiding over other cases (if...that's part of the delay). Is there a shortage of judges? I know there's not a shortage of attorneys so I'd love to find out that answer too.

I don't mean to put out bad mojo but I have a feeling this trial is going to get thrown. It just doesn't feel like an air-tight operation at all. Very flim flammy.
