Well, how do I say this delicately... It sort of appeared as though the uh...uh ... oh Nevermind.

I know. Travis took pics of what he had just "done" so to speak.
The kind of pics they both spoke of taking 3 weeks prior on the phone sex tape.
I think he was afraid of things she would do when they weren't physically together (spying, following him on dates, destroying his property, snooping) but he did not seem physically afraid of her at all)

The naked pics of Jodi are more believable than the pics of Travis. I mean the point of the pics is to look sexy, to be provocative. His pics are from off to the side (weird angle) almost like she was in that big chair and took pics of him. He doesn't seem engaged at all.

Based ONLY on how much she lies and twists things to suit her purpose (like how the phone sex sounded like a set up, as well), I don't believe these are sex pics.

Also, someone said the pics of Jodi are not time-stamped. Is that true? If so, it makes me question her pics even more.

I agree with you on the angle his pics were taken from...it looks like that chair and, agreed, he doesn't look engaged. To me, it looks like he's completely unaware.

I'm not sure about the time-stamping on Jodi's pics.

What I find very frustrating is that these "expert" witnesses won't answer JM's questions. For goodness sake, just answer yes or no! No wonder he gets mad and raises his voice!!

I testified in a court proceeding once and the lawyer advised me to listen closely to the question and answer as directly as possible with out blabbering on and on. If they needed to expand on my answers from cross they would cover it in re-direct. Why is that so difficult for these witnesses to grasp, especially considering they have testified in court before?

I have heard quite enough of arias.. and she can just sit still for the rest. I don't think I ever would rejoice her returning to the stand for any reason. I have no reason to listen to her. She is a proven liar. I do not believe a word she says. I hope this latest expert also figures this out. If she were as intelligent as the six or seven experts that refused to take this case we would not be here now.. oh guess I should correct that: we would be here with whomever the defense could pay to testify their premise.

When you open doors to all the other contacts and texts that travis had with friends you open the door to STALKING. you open the door to his FEAR (we have also heard this on hln interviews). Open the door and Juan is going to walk thru it and thank GOD for that. how could ne not walk thru that door? As Juan and Flores have constantly and consistently stated THEY ARE THE VOICE FOR TRAVIS.

so all this crap with arias sneaking looks over her shoulder at the gallery and the trying to smile at the entire jury panel: come on give it up: just let them do their jobs and maybe someday soon we can all voice just exactly what we feel about what you did to Travis Alexander.

DD's panel is usually so interesting but I am so tired of his guest Lauren.....not what she says but how she says it. She acts like she is in a fight every time she speaks and it sounds like she is screaming while she complains about JMs demeanor. Check out your own demeanor, just sayin!

Like someone posted earlier other trials have had as much publicity and famous lawyers in the media spotlight....F Lee Bailey, Mark Geragos, Leslie Abramson, etc. and the trials went forward.

Interesting they are all famous defense lawyers...maybe this DT doesn't like that JM is getting all the media hype and adoring fans.

Before I would declare a mistrial I would close the Court Room to all spectators except for family and let the trial continue. Remove JA's audience.

They had naked pictures. That is all. There is no proof of any sex. :twocents: Naked does not equal sex. As a matter of fact, It could be said that they took naked pictures, and she was pissed off that they did not result in sex. Again, no proof of sex.

You need to go watch the interrogation video with Det. Flores when he has that book of photos and he is flipping through them.

Well I with other WSers went over TA autopsy report RE genitouirnary organ exam. It says nothing on the issue of recent ejaculation. Assumption is that they can't tell or it is meaningless due to masturbation possibility.

I have been looking with an open mind over there to that side and nothing has popped up as admirable or any sort of facial expression I would aspire to in my life.
