Oh PPPPLLLLEEEASSSEEE - don't they know they're flogging a dead horse!??? How much more can they keep on with this?

Just checking in to see if we are getting to the juror questions yet..i take it that JW/ALV team are still victim trashing...

:waiting:

Are any sites providing a split screen option today?

Love,

Diva

:heartbeat:

I'm excited for jury questions!

every time she says 'the research shows' i'd like for her to prove it. she can't. she just bolsters herself by saying that. or it's HER research.

Well, 82% of the studies done on statistics show that 94% of statistics claimed are made up ;)

This is truly heartbreaking what is being done to Travis in his death.
I see JA being one of those people who tries to get a hit on TA's family, she is very evil and it scares me that she walks on the same planet as me JMO

LOL, looks like we both fell out of our chairs at that ridiculous statement!
There is no end to the DT's LIES about JA,s LIES! I bet the jurors are thinking th same thing.

If I may be so bold, it is too stupid for them to believe. There, I said it, and I shan't apologize.

So lemme get this straight.... According to ALV Abusers who abuse at home don't abuse at work ... so then I can assume the people who don't abuse me at work are kicking their dogs at home? HUH

WOW! I've been on mute but I can tell just by reading these posts this witness is........ never mind, you all know what I mean. I've put a note up on my screen "Juan Martinez will made everything right!!!!"

No human being can make "right" what ALV and Dt is doing!
You can't unslaughter a slaughtered human being. And JA gets to sit there and listen to ALV and JW do it allow over again.

OMG! Wilmott has no further questions! :what:

Juror questions after the lunch break I presume. :great:

Early lunch break today, called for by the Judge, return at 1:15pm, counsel beckoned to the bench by judge.

Maybe JW figured out she'd lost the jury when they started playing with their pens and cups...

WTH is she saying.
She never thought JA was a sociopath.
Where did that come from.

Remember that text TA sent to the Hughes where he said something like "maybe I am a bit of a sociopath".

I think it was in regard to him being a 'player' with women.

Maybe this is where she got that, but still, so disingenuous to say that, like she really has nothing against Travis.

THAT is a 'have you stopped beating your wife' question/statement, IMO. ALV is so passive/aggressive, it is ridiculous.

The only consolation is the jurors have got to be feeling the same way.

I loved that ending. "She would have thought of a better lie."

No she wouldn't! Remember, she thinks no jury will convict her. Why would she need a better lie?

Had a 50 minute phone call and missed everything! Can someone please tell me whether a single soul has come forward saying they had sex with Travis? Not that it's important.....I don't care if he had sex with every woman in Mesa....I just want to know if there is any testimony that he has?

Responding to a question about whether Arias's lies - which only started AFTER Travis Alexander 'was killed' (note the passive) - represent a problem or issue for LaViolette, she responds "No, because If Miss Arias was a really good liar, she would have planned a really good lie, and she didnt".

Arias didn't plan a really good lie, because she had no notion or conception of the fact she would get caught. When she came under suspicion - as she knew she would - she truly believed she would be able to wriggle out of it with her weak @ssed ' Oh I loevd, loved loved Travis and would never, ever harm him! I was in Utah, and I can prove it - see, these gas recepipts, see this LEO pulled me over for an upside down license plate see, see, see!'.

She didn't come up with a good enough lie because she's a narcissist who thinks she's cleverer than a detective with 25 years experience. She also thinks she's cleverer than you, Ms LaViolette, and at this point I'm thinking she may well be right about that.

I actually hear the bells and cannons from the finale to the 1812 Overture, so rapturous is my mood.

OT: There is a bar on the bayside in Ocean City, MD that plays that loudly, via PA system, each evening at sunset in season. It's incredible to sit on the sand, at a table, with a drink in hand, watching the sun set slowly to the sound of The Overture LOLOL
