WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!

I gotta say this may be the best day for the State's case yet! Makes me feel emotional for the Alexander family that all they are enduring will not be for naught!

Nurmi seems a little upset at the evening sidebar.

I TOLD YOU GUYS! I knew this would be delicious and it is. They will all be bad for defense from hear on out and they can still ask more questions until she is completely off the stand. This has to be her worst nightmare, first of all because she can't seem to be done and 2nd, this jury isn't buying her wares. Not so much. No.

wenwen, as always TYVM for transcribing

Thank you mods!!!!
We tried!!!!! I think we done good.....considering....... :)

I see Willmott's arms are held behind her back rather than crossed across her chest as usual. Is she getting meeker after the great jury questions??

:seeya: Buh by Arias. Time to go back to jail :jail:

While EVERYONE ELSE gets to go home sweet home.

And some of us get to talk about you on Websleuths!!!!:great:

Do we really have to listen to JW right after the jury questions. UGH!!!

Let's move on to rebuttal and deliberations! Get this over with so Travis's family can grieve.

Looks like Arias is being watched while still in the courtroom-no chatty time with Willmott or the mitigation specialist. I do believe the jury has LaV's number!

Don't get me wrong -- I am not completely excusing her or the way she has testified. Even though she was presented with an incomplete and inaccurate view of the relationship, she still was overly willing to help jodi and say whatever the defense wanted her to say -- like changing her testimony and saying she misspoke about shooting Travis in the closet, having pedo pics on the computer vs. print outs, and Jodi cutting her finger on apples. Among other things ...

My comment was really just kind of my own revelation about how Alyce came to be so biased in her view, which really reflects more on the sneaky, underhanded tactics of the defense to actively exploit their own witness by withholding information etc.

So, does this make her a victim?

Bailiff watching JA like a hawk!!

ETA - with hand on stun button!! :)

So much for my wish that this witness would be excused today --- I hope we're not seeing her back on Monday. I would rather have listened to Gus, really.
