JA wasn't "forced" to put on a defense after her demands for a 2nd degree with benefits plea was refused by Mr. Martinez! She could have entered a plea of guilty to murder 1. Easy peasy. Instead, she decided to carry through with her threats and trash, or attempt to, Travis Alexander.

That motion gives so much insight into how depraved JA is and why the trial has been conducted in the manner we are seeing.

While I wish that the jury could know about this now, it realize that is just a wish. Hopefully, every single juror will get to read this after the trial and have no illusions whatsoever regarding the true nature of this murderess.

I swear I heard last week the judge ask Nurmi if he wanted call is witness from his motion for mistrial. He said that since LV had been sick, he would like to wait until the end of her testimony...

Regardless whether that Twitter acct really belongs to ALV, I hope the Twitterverse will keep in mind that the defense may be able to use the so-called "intimidation"/"harassment" of witnesses issue on appeal. Don't give them ammunition.

....and is this the defense's last try for mistrial? Better to stay farfar away.
