I hope so! Do you know how bad JW is going to look by challenging this witness? She'll look like she's completely out of her league!!:floorlaugh:

The jury remembers the last 2 "expert witnesses" from the DT. If JW had any sense, she'd pass on the witness.

It will be an unmitigated disaster for the defense to challenge anything this witness says.

It's her job to challenge this witness, and she'll try, but the jury will just dislike her and JA more for the effort.

Willmott doesn't know how to cross -- Juan weaves an out of sequence story to reach his big points so the witness doesn't know where he is going. Willmott will just go chronologically and try to create testimony in her own words with inartful questions. This witness is already so credible and unbiased Willmott has her work cut out for her. I hope Juan finishes mid afternoon so Willmott doesn't have time to script her cross.

I'm sure they are. I know I'm much more interested in her reactions when JM is up. When it's the DT, I don't care what she's doing or how she's reacting because she knows how it's going to go. I want to see her squirm when they're showing the Real Jodi but she's just as calm as can be, coloring in her coloring book, and doodling Snow Whites with black eyes.

According to Dr. DeMarte, Jodi reported only four "incidents" of domestic violence to her, Dr. Samuels, and Alyce LaViolette, yet significantly more to Dr. Carp. Sounds like the defense instructed JA to dial it back for the purposes of the trial--perhaps in an attempt to make it somehow more believable to one or more of the jurors. The trashing of Travis and what she (Samuels and ALV) testified to was bad enough, but I can only imagine how much worse it could have been had she been able to go full bore with all her BS.

Maybe when Dr. Carp found herself suddenly too "ill" to proceed with the case she explained the problems with Jodi's story that were making her so ill.

Speaking of Memory issues was interesting that JA tested just fine for short term memory cognitiveness sp? meaning that she was able to take information & use shortly after in test... I think this is a rebuttal to FOG in other words she isn't in a FOG never was in a FOG...

btw may even mean she gaslights to be honest..
