Juror #7 is the young guy we call Paul Rudd right? I didn't like those question for Deanna. They were about the Laws of Chastity and how detailed they were.. They were actually dumb questions IMO? They might want to leave him alone. Jodi and Willmott were definately eyeing one of them though.

Umm...what I got from those questions about LoCh was that it was CLEAR that JA KNEW what the laws were...how do u equate those as not likable? just curious to how you viewed them my dear =D

It's going really well actually. I don't know what else Juan could do - short of fireworks and a marching band - he's tightening up his case, strengthening any weak spots that appeared in the defense CIC.

Did you just hear the clip on HLN? It was from Jodi testifying on the stand. She said, and I'm paraphrasing, that Travis said that Deanna was emotionally unstable and would freak out if he was dating anyone else. She was describing HERSELF!

something just occurred to me that could possibly bring us back to the photo, the infamous photo that JA claimed Travis sent her of his you know what, the one where the nails look like DB's....so, if there was no evidence of anything sexual at all on any of Travis' electronic devices, then there would be no evidence of him sending that photo?! if so, gotcha JA

I was really hoping that would be driven home to the jury... and it probably was...

Nurmi's insinuations that it was Travis' member was just shot to heck when MMelendez testified that there were NO *advertiser censored*/nude pics on Travis' electronic devices...

Yes, as someone mentioned before she was hiding in his closet. He had no clue she was there.

After that first time of Travis catching her taking pics of him, they have a huge argument, and he kicks her out.

She sneaks back in at 4:45PMish and tries to get into his computer. She couldn't, so goes back and hides.

At approx. 5:15PM Travis goes for a shower (while she is hiding in the house still) and she sneaks in again, this time fully armed.

I am of the belief Arias was attempting to frame Travis by putting salacious or pedophilia photos on his computer but couldn't access it. I believe she was an uninvited guest at Travis' house that day.

In fact I'll go this far, I don't think Travis took those nude photos of Arias. Why? He wasn't the type to 'get off' on watching *advertiser censored* and he certainly wasn't liking Arias at that time. Not after that text message of his.

That whole bed scene (I believe) was a set up. I don't think they had sex. I believe Arias had the gun pointed at him as he awoke. I believe the first time Travis saw her was around 1-2PM. Not 4AM. Because I don't believe he would agree to sleep with her. There is no way I can believe he knew she was coming over. As for her knowing what was on his computer at that time? Well....she was probably peering in the window and saw what he was watching. She's a cunning, sneaky, conniving, contriving, calculating sloth who didn't or couldn't take a hint.

She was going to set him up then kill him. It's that cut and dry. IMO of course.

Paul sits in front of the juror basket and most of the time they pass their questions to him.

That question was good. It shows jodi knew damn well what the laws of Mormonism were and was not naively led astray by big, bad Travis.

But this juror 7 thing is a rumor. And anyway, they cant just get jurors kicked off willy nilly. If anything jodi probably thinks hes on her side. Mistake.

Deanna Reid bought Travis the computer.

When you load Windows for the first time, you have to register it. She used her name as the registration, therefore, becomes the computer's "username/admin" name. That's all that is. It's doesn't mean anything more than that imo.

IIRC, DR said she gave (I did not hear her say bought) TA the computer as a present. I just assumed it was her old computer since it was registered in her name. Nothing wrong with that, I just never heard of registering a new computer in somebody else's name.

I think that that was how Travis logged in on that computer--a laptop, right? I am curious why this activitiy has been brought up by both defense & Prosecution. The defense seems to want to describe the videos as sexual, Juan counters that==but it's important to someone.

Jodi claims in her story that she watched Travis looking at the videos--was this during her "stealth" act before she announced herself? Since Jodi talks about this video thing--it really makes me wonder if it is a lie.

I know, this has been bothering me too. When Jodi frets about something, she's usually trying to pull something off, a lie. But perhaps this is the only truth she has left. Maybe Travis was watching videos when she arrived, unplanned and unannounced, kept watching them to avoid blowing up at her and avoid talking. That's how she wormed her way in, along with the two hundred dollar payment check?? Who knows? Every time she wants something pointed out, she's lying about something. Confusing.

I heard Deanna's testimony...bless her heart...very brave. Are you talking about the letter she had to read and the litany of vulgarities he asked her about? Made me sick to my stomach. Proved more for the prosecution than def, IMO. Also, what's with the def asking for jury to be allowed to consider lesser charges? They're desperate & running out of smoke, mirrors & B.S.!

And the whole time JA sits there with that smirk on her face, and JW sits there and laughs and smiles with the killer, and Nurmi "gets" to ask any sex questions he wants, and then he just walks away with a "guess you had a different relationship with Travis then "jodi" did. What type of female did he think he was talking to, does he really believes Deanna was the same as "jodi" I really hope the judge puts a stop to all this.

Hrm, I didn't look for nasty pics, but I did check out the hands video on youtube.

I was reading about AdChoices and it says they may target you according to your cookies. I just ran Ccleaner and the Asian ad popped up again.

I went to AdChoices and they give you an option to view your interest categories and to opt out of the data use. I looked at mine and there was nothing checked. I'm thinking that if you have nothing tagged perhaps random ads will come up. Quite honestly, none of the ads I've seen interest me. I generally cruise the web with Firefox/ Plus so I rarely see ads.

O/T sorta - years ago I was the Director of Grants for an all girls private college in South Carolina. I was researching funding for girls/women/education on my work computer one day and it linked to what must have been every *advertiser censored* site in space with girls/women... I shut that sucker down so fast it made my head swim... then deleted all internet history/cookies/everything I could think of. I certainly modified my searches thereafter.

I thought the juror question to Deanna about LDS and the Chastity Law was brilliant. I believe the motivation was to ask a Mormon herself about just how familiar chruchgoers and members are of the beliefs about premarital sex OF ANY KIND, any sexual contact whatsoever, are. This leads me to think that juror is questioning JA's vesrion of events pertaining to sex.

JA herself and by proxy through ALV told teh jury that TA fibbed to JA about what sort of sexual activities might be "okay" because they weren't "really" sex. And the suggestion was that JA believed him because how the heck was she to know?

The question gave Deanna a chance to tell the jury that it is known, it is discussed in those 3 hour church sessions JA attended, it is a familiar known thing to all who attend LDS services, classes, etc.

I liked that question. I did not find it dumb at all.
