Doesn't the judge have an obligation to the jury? She is failing, miserably. If she is determined to grant every whim dreamed up by Jodi, then dismiss the jury and let them have a life! :banghead:

why is she failing? this is a death penalty trial.
She has ruled with her brain and with verve. We may not get to see what is in camera but this woman seems to have it all signed, sealed and delivered.

Are you determining her alleged "failure" on what is broadcasted? I am just wondering. There are a lot of things in AZ that CANNOT be put on camera.

The Judge's obligation is to be a judge not to cater to the jury. The jury has been chosen, selected, and instructed. We can only hope this is over soon and they can discuss:twocents:

Too much inquiring about the gun. It's like someone on the jury really believes there was a gun there, and that juror asked several question with intention of getting the answer they wanted -- ie, some type of evidence, no matter how small, that Travis owned a gun r had access to one. Also that question regarding Jodi's combined height, from the feet to the tip of the fingers. That question struck me as desperation on the part of a innocent-leaning juror who was looking for a way out of this closet shelf testimony. I'm telling you, there is someone on that jury who believes her.

As much as I hate to say it, I agree with you. It should be crystal clear at this point that JA stole the gun and brought it with her.

:rockon:OMG, my computer acquired a ransom malware two weeks ago and totally crashed. Just got it back from a computer nerd who had heard of it but had not seen anything so destructive. The malware completely locked up the computer and held it hostage demanded $450 in 48 hrs or it would destroy everything. It also threatened to destroy files and documents if someone else tried to unlock it. Nerd said that is exactly what happened as soon as he attempted to unlock it. He did manage to save some files and loaded it onto a new harddrive. It has been very painful not to post with all of you. I was forced to follow trial on HLN along with thousands of commercials.....:banghead: It's good to be back.

I was the jury foreman on a DP trial in Marietta Ga in 2008. There were 14 jurors 12 + 2 alternates. The judge gave it to the first 12 to deliberate.

Great! In the last three hours they have had two (?three) breaks, been at sidebar a dozen times- how much work have they actually done- about twenty minutes? I need a job like this Judge has...

I lived in Phoenix for 6 years and we stored Xmas items and such in the attic. Yeah, it was hot up there, but it didn't get hot enough to melt stuff.

We only did so because we had kids and storage space was at a premium. Accessing it was a pain in the butt and it was miserable up there.

However, I think it's pretty obvious now that Travis stored NOTHING in his attic.

I've stored boxes of dishware, glasses & christmas tree but heck I've got stuff I WILL NOT even store in my garage cuz how hot it gets here like collectibles/records etc would absolutely ruin those kinds of things..
