Nurmi is an idiot. I hope Jodi doesn't win an appeal for ineffective counsel. I know he doesn't have much to work with, but he should just sit down and shut his piehole.

I don't think she will! I did a bit of research over the years on that topic, what I found was they won't even grant them when the Defendant's own Attorney fell asleep many times during a murder trial! They would have to tap him and get him to wake up.

So Mr Nurmis is doing a 5 star job in that regard, but he does look like he almost dozed off a few times, but who didn't!

I THINK he may be trying to imply that Jodi, with her supposedly high IQ, would have said the gun was on a lower shelf if she were making up a story (instead of telling the complete truth about elevating weightlessly up to take a gun from the 7 ft. high shelf.)
