What??? NO NO NO. Please no. Oh lord. Well, even if they are I am 100% sure they are directing it at WILMOTT and not Jodi. There is no way any of them are making eyes with Jodi. Wilmott is kinda cute so I could see them kind of smiling at her, plus she always smiles at them when they walk in so maybe they're just being polite.
BTW I have not read anything like this is the courtroom observersations thread on here.

Lol... There is no flirting... The jurors are just so BORED they're "taunting the monkeys" like they'd do at the ZOO!!! Hahahaha... Flirting...that is the FUNNIEST thing I've heard in a long time...

Wait for menopause to kick in. Since I am on the subject, anyone who has gone through it knows its sucks. Hot flashes accompanied by adreninal rushes. Doctors would disagree, but if you want to get rid of the symptoms within a couple of minutes, down 8 to 10 onces of pepsi. Sounds crazy, but it works.SWEAR.

:eek:hwow: really?

I am hating this insomnia crud!
Pepsi might keep me up 3 days! lol
I get the sobs... and the anger...
:floorlaugh: going through it in jail!!!

Honestly???:scared:
Some people may not like Donovan (I know she is an arsonist)
But that woman has supported JA and been there.
I kinda wish that she would!
JA is just using the poor woman and JA needs a taste of her own medicine.

I know people won't agree, and I won't argue about it,
but I do not like the way JA uses people!!!

Sorry---I don't understand your post (or maybe you didn't understand mine). What does Donovan have to do with the book Jodi is writing?

I dont think it will take more than two hours. I guess it depends on what time the closing arguments finish. Then they get the case. Anyone aware what time the jurors day ends once they get the case?

I kind of think they'll take longer just the fact of how many juror questions they've submitted. It seems like they are very thorough (or at least the ones submitting the questions), so I have a feeling they are going to go through ALL the testimony.

:
Listen I'm the person who busted Alyce LaViolette for approaching Sam wide open. I'm not shy to blow the whistle. I watch that jury every day i'm there for hours on end. Don't you think I would say something/notice something if that was going on? Of course I would! (as would others).

It's just not happening. Never has and it won't now. Very rarely did I see jurors make eye contact with her even when she was on the freaking stand.

As you can see, this BS is really offending me. SO yes, let's have a good nights' sleep now. lol

:eek:fftobed:

You go girl! ...you don't take the title of "Bad *advertiser censored*" lightly!!

Thanks for that Katiecoolady. I am now so waitiing for Jodis reaction when the verdict comes down. I cant wait for her to suit up and get on the bus to the big house. Some of that alternate reality will sure come in handy then. Will you be on Trishas radio this Sunday night? You always do a great job.

You're welcome ! Case closed!

DO NOT MESS WITH THIS JURY!!! They are doing their due diligence and saying (not you, I"m speaking to whoever is making these erroneous and irresponsible claims--do they actually think if this "flirting" was going on, it would go unnoticed by Det. FLORES???) they are not is totally disrespectful.

This jury will carry this thing home.

I respect them as this trial has been grueling for them.
Hey! You kno about victims rights.
What can be done after trial to make JA stop victimizing Tanisha (and Steven IMO) with her "art"?

One more thing then I really will get off my high horse and go to bed (but this really ticks me off this kind of erroneous bs).

Jodi stared at them with the same kind of creepy smile like you make when someone is smiling back the exact same way when they were filing in and filing OUT--not looking back at her in either direction. Meaning she was making the same weird smile to their BACKS.

Yes Willmott smiles but none of them are EVER looking back at her. They have been distinctly instructed to look straight ahead and nowhere else and that is what they do. 100% of the time (ok I saw Poquito look at a camera man a couple of times briefly expressionless who was right by the door). But that is it.

They are holding their instructions seriously...every last one of them. THey sometimes get loud in the hallway outside the courtroom either coming or going (like today) and Valerie' shhh's them and they instantly shut up. SHe has a tight rein on them.

Anyhow, please don't let that go through one more synapse. It's truly never happening.

Well I wouldn't have believed it either until I read the very "credible" tweet from someone claiming to be inside the courtroom...guess I should remember I shouldn't believe everything I read!!
I WILL give myself points for being able to avoid the NG Jodi pregnancy story and avoided everything about Jodi tweeting from jail and her supposed lesbian lover

Sorry---I don't understand your post (or maybe you didn't understand mine). What does Donovan have to do with the book Jodi is writing?
No I do not understand.:blushing:
If she is passing the pages to Donovan to hold onto...
(you know until JA is found not guilty) :floorlaugh:
If Donovan is holding it what if she rewrites it and publishes
it can she do that? (when JA is found guilty)
Can JA even keep that stuff in her cell?

The whole theory is crazy though...HELLO juror there was a missing .25 calibre gun from THE HOUSE JODI WAS STAYING IN. Why would she go looking for roomate's gun WHEN SHE ALREADY HAD ONE?? Or are they believing Jodi's whole "self-defense" story...in that case this juror must have been sleeping through the whole trial 'cause nowhere in the defense's story would she have had time to go get the gun from some other room. OR r they not buying the self-defense but think they had some argument or something, she got mad, went and got the roomate's gun...but how would they explain the camera shower/killing pics? OR maybe they're thinking she knew where the supposed roomate's gun was and got it beforehand...but that goes back to my first point of HER ALREADY HAVING THE GUN from her grandparents house. I hope Juan reminds this sleeing juror of the GRANDPARENTS/JODI"S HOME ROBBERY.
I hadn't really thought of this question until another poster said it made them nervous, now that I think of it it makes me nervous too.
Put your mind at ease. The jurors don't buy Jodi's gun story. The question enabled Detective Flores to state that neither roommate owned a gun. No bullets, holster, gun case or cleaning kit found anywhere in the house.

I'm way behind on this thread, but…WHEN she is convicted she will no longer be able to make money from behind bars. Arizona has the "Son of Sam" law. She's not a convicted felon…YET.:twocents:

I'm quoting myself here because I think I was WRONG. In reading the link I am providing here, if I'm understanding it correctly, Son-of-Sam only applies to works regarding the crime. This means she can't write a book about murdering Travis and profit, but she could sell her so called artwork.

I also think the law is saying if she does write a book about the murder all proceeds could go to Travis' family.

I'm hoping one of our legal minds will explain Son-of-Sam as Arizona applies it. (Reader's Digest version, please?)

About 3/4 of the way down the article talks about how Arizona interprets it.

Yes...yes... I think so too! I keep thinking it was a "monetary" scam too... But of course she used the sex tape and pictures to plan his demise and murder.... But I think that maybe she got access to his retirement accounts or something...

When I saw Travis mention "scam" .....the first thing came to my mind was MONEY.

Something was going on....

It's gotta be so rough on them, physically, emotionally, and psychologically. I can only imagine.

I dont know why, but it works. Symptoms will wake you up and keep you from sleeping. I found out accidently about the pepsi. A Dr on tv said menopause in some was simular to a drug addicts withdrawal. The pepsi also got rid of the irritability. When you are losing hormone levels you are withdrawing. It worked for me.

That book written by the Peterson jurors is pretty good. I am half way through it which, in itself is a miracle, because I am obsessed with this marathon trial.

Has anyone given any serious thought to how JA is going to react when the verdict is read? By her actions in court, and her television interview, I don't think she has a clue that she is actually going to be found guilty. For some reason I imagine her going totally beserk when the verdict is read.

Bet she bluffs it out with a stone face. She's gotta know the verdict is not going to go her way.

Creepy to see that Wilmott has taken on that Jodi look - kind of hang-dog expression - "all chopfallen" - read that somewhere.

Ooooh that is so creepy her smiling at their backs. I can totally see her doing that. The way it looks from when the camera is pointed at her, it looks like she is smiling back at someone just like you said...that makes her even more psycho b/c why would she do that when she knows no one is looking back at her? If it was me (God forbid) I would just keep a serious face. That is so weird. But then again maybe she was instructed to do it by mitigation specialist/Wilmott since Wilmott always smiles when they walk in too.
