I am lousy at searching but I am sure she said she found him negligent. Isn't that enough?

This is unbelievable - the accused murderer gets the benefit of the doubt re his honesty, Fresco doesn't it would seem.

That state witesses contradicted each other. the evidence falls short of the evidence..not guilty...
