Botha was outside the garage in the kitchen area...and OP went off to wash his hands??

VS: 'Botha came to me and informed me the accused had indeed washed his hands. He asked the accused if he's washed his hands and he admitted he had.'

Not sure - was VS saying there that OP told him he had permission to wash his hands, and marched off to do it in front of him?

He did a test on the arms, with sticky paper. For gunpowder?

I think the blood spatter evidence is going to be enlightening too. Not the out of place ones on walls, but the main ones, in the toilet. To me, they are not consistent with someone shot and then dragged out. Also, the blood in the toilet bowl itself.....I don't understand why it is all so centered in the toilet, with the outer edges of the rim unstained.

It looks like Reeva was shot with her head hanging right over the toilet.

The toilet bowl was the barrier that prevented her head from being flung into the left corner of the toilet behind the magazine rack.IMO the last bullet struck her above her ear on the right side and existed from the left side The impact flung her head onto the bowl while she was slumping down to the ground.Reeva's head remained on the bowl for a few seconds before slumping down to the floor where her left foot would rest if she was sitting on the toilet, the thick puddle of blood is proof that this is where her head finally came to rest.Her blood soaked hair left its distinctive blood trail pattern in the bowl.

Ohhh...Roux just tried to catch him out there, suggest he went from one arm straight to the other. Contamination.

so what we learn is that Van Stat did the gunfire test..

That was soooo sneaky the way Roux worked up to that, distracting everyone with having to watch the poor man pretending to sticky tape his arm....

Roux trying to muddy the waters, his client admitted to shooting the victim so why the intensive lesson needed here. his body language tells me this witness is hurting his client

Roux wants him to make a request to get them.

It is for the flash disc....you know where that is going, poss contamination from that I think.

Nel jumps up and says if Roux gets the flash, he must be accompanied when it is examined.

Van Stat being very co operative.. anything Roux wants Van Stat is in a position and willing to provide... not a problem.
