Like many of you I thought he looked quite different in the booking photo released today. I went back and looked at some screen shots from 2020 to compare to 2024 and just thought I’d share.

Weirdly, his face looks the happiest in the two mug shots from the bottom row. Imo.

(Thanks for posting those.)

Livestream of interview with Hermosillo and Wood.

It was interesting to hear what was known when from their perspective. When Hermosillo met Alex at Lori's place upon the welfare check, he already knew about Alex's involvement in Charles' death and the attempt on Brandon. Hermosillo knew early on that he was considered dark and a zombie, due to IP's info and recordings. MG and DW were also interviewed in detail. Police were shocked but also relieved when they learned that Alex died. Chad's raccoon text to Tammy, discovered by an FBI analyst, was a crucial clue to the authorities, but prosecutor Wood was worried that Chad had moved the children's bodies to another location. When Chad was served with a search warrant on June 9, he showed no reaction, so Hermosillo thought nothing would be found.

That was a moment that caught my attention:

That LE were very, very confident the children had been buried where found, and that they were worried that they may have been moved from those places.

It was not an unrealistic fear by Hermosillo that Alex could try to shoot him.

MOO

Happy prisonly Father's Day Chad!

Was it worth it?

Interesting comment. Having worked with many people who INMO, "destroyed" their lives, they are usually surprisingly upbeat. They blame others for their circumstances. It was always "Someone else's fault".

And somehow, in their narcissism, they do manage to find a "niche". Usually with others, spending time blaming other people for their circumstances. Quite the camaraderie.

A preview of the interview:

The investigators didn't know if Tylee left Yellowstone alive and were planning to search there.

Here's the interview:

Doug Hart: "There's a lot of power in being an advocate for someone who doesn't have a voice."

He was reminded of this when he got to speak to a couple of jurors in Lori's case. He said that had never happened in his 29 year career. He also said that knowing that you are an advocate for Tammy, Tylee and JJ helps you deal with the things you have to deal with.

The interview made it very clear as to the volume of information and the multitude of people that were involved in the case. He basically said there was never just one "a-ha!" moment as a result.

Hugs to Doug Hart and the many, many people behind the scenes who contributed to this case!
