Don't think they have the actual texts, he wiped his phone and the carriers don't keep them

BBM: It would be very interesting to hear from Rafferty's Mom. I expect we will.

It would be interesting to know what she did both after the abduction and after his arrest.

Did she contact any of MTR's girlfriends? If so, why? Did she have any inkling of MTR's involvement in Tori's death? Did Rafferty say anything to HER about TLM being the woman in the video? Did she recognize his car in the video?

Maybe we will find out.

Also, I think I figured out how the escort deal worked out....."you make $ doing escort service, I then use the $ to buy/sell pills and we triple (or quadruple) the $ and we both get rich!" Of course she cant say that or she would be in a crapload of trouble!

It sure seems to me that as soon as he confirmed the Percocet buy with BA, he made the calls to TLM's druggie friends to SELL them at least most of the new incoming stash.

It's also MOO that his Facebook update at 10 a.m. on the 8th was referring to the drug exchange between BA, himself, and TLM's contacts. It was referring to the money he would make from this deal, not the abduction.

From what I have read, he was advised by his lawyer not to talk to LE.

That is standard advice to anyone arrested.

JMO...I have always felt it was TLM that made the calls to her buddies on his phone.

Doesn't mean he can't talk to LE. Especially if he believes he's an innocent dupe in all this.

In fact, as I've said many times, if that was the story he gave his first lawyer, that lawyer would have encouraged him to speak to LE and point them in the direction of the body and of the evidence proving his innocence in everything but the cleanup.

I have to admit, I was a little on the fence before, but I am beginning to fall off the fence towards GUILTY! There will have to be an pretty amazing defence (and a believable one at that) to sway me back.

There are just too many little things that show he is guilty as heck! Like someone said yesterday (sorry I forgot who My apolgies), "he left a trail like a caterpillar"!

he seems to do a lot of writing when LE is at witness stand. Guess he is intimidated??? JMO

Didn't MR have a lawyer before Derstine that he fired or did the lawyer just not take his case?

The more facts I hear from the Crown the more convinced I am that MTR's "everythings comming my way" April 8 FB comment is the quote of a narcissist congratulating himself on the numbers of women he's "working" and pupeteering. Delusions of grandeur that refer to more than the drug dealing, I think. This is only my opinion.
 
i believe the lawyer was Hal Mattson and they left because the attorney and client couldnt agree? Im not 100% sure
