Ok so lets make and add to the list of "jobs" Rafferty said he had or is believed to have had

Can't wait to hear what he actually did do as a living

-Contractor
-Landscaper
-worked a better beef in Guelph
-Dance Instuctor
-was said to be in college working towards a Veterinary Assistant
-Caretaker (for his Mother) & TLM's Mother
-Possible drug traffic

jmo

-Paramedic wannabe
-running his own escort service, I believe I read that way, way back. Some Katrina woman.:waitasec:
MR the jock of all trades?
-worked for his brother under the table
HTH and moo.:moo:

Did they end up appearing? After yesterday, I would understand if they took a day off..... hard to stomach....

It was tweeted that Tara showed up. Don't think Rodney did. :(

Right, but did Derstine suggest she was listening to it while she walked away to MR's car with Tori? TIA:waitasec:

No I believe it was suggested that she was listening to this music on her walk to the school...you know...after MR dropped her off up the street.

MOO

Basement includes laundry and storage areas. Nothing significant found there, Scoyne says.

RaffertyLFP: Back to the track listings of the iPod found in McClintic's bedroom; now clarification of the unnamed tracks -- lots of rap music

Showing the list of McClintic's iPod teacakes again. Unnamed tracks (on the iPod) were identified by Scoyne on a separate page

Showing the jury that page (for a second time) now.

Re: 13800 people involved in the seach for Tori.

It could of been 13801. Just sayin'.

Court is back in

Jury returns with Scoyne still being questioned by Crown; again looking at photo of pair of shoes in McClintic's house

Scoyne shows another shot of the size 9 Puma shoes.

Now showing another pair of shoes... Tied the way McClintic tied her Shaq shoes found on side road 6.

RaffertyLFP: Now describing close-up of White Reebok shoes with unique lacing

If all TLM's shoes were tied in that unusual way that the ones found at the side of the road were tied... it could help clarify that others NOT tied that way which may have been found weren't her's or weren't likely to have been hers
:twocents:

I don't believe that the writing on the cigarette slip and the cd slip are the same, the writing on the cigarette slip is somewhat shaky and I'm wondering if that might be Carol's handwriting, whilst the writing on the cd slip looks more that the fancy scrawl of TLM.

maybe they should have her write a sentence on an overhead..to compare writing.:twocents:

With the amount of time it will take to go through the search of the Tenneyson residence of Rafferty, Crown suggests court adjourns. [via Twitter]

wonder why she had T&J name and phone# and address written on so many pieces of paper throughout the house...realize that they were "Clients" so to speak...were any other "clients" names found in her house...

There were only two pieces with TM and JG's name on. Cigarette package flap and CD liner....so far. HTH

It has been entered as an exhibit.

Scoyne also searched Rafferty's home, be tells the court.

Carnegie says they won't have time to get through those photos, so we'll end for the day. Resuming with Scoyne on the stand.

The size 9 shoes were obviously the ones that TLM says MTR gave her the night of the murder, and they wouldn't need to prove it wasn't her shoes by the way the laces were tied, they would just get DNA. JMO

The writing on the CD is Tara M. She testified to it in court. We still do not know who wrote the information on the cigarette package.

Well to me that is a little detail, if the writing are different and one is carol's and one tlm's then that just means that both of them knew TM and JG.

Maybe, but the jury isn't watching media reports and would be unaware of the families feelings.

Given the circumstances of MR's place of abode...........the defense team would be laying out his clothes for the next day, and they probably have someone assigned to that task.

The clothes could very well be rented from a local clothier, such as they do for local news anchors and weather people.

The lawyer or the family are the people that bring in the clothes.
Not sure how it is where MR is but where I worked the clothes were kept in a clothing bag. Every morning the inmate would come down and change before court. What they wore on what day was their choice. To us it was just property.

The writing on the CD liner is TM's. The other is CM's. HTH

Thanks to everyone who helped clarify that one for me. I was mixed up a bit because of an earlier post by Swedie wherein she said something about TLM listening to that as she walked away with Tori to MR's car.

I'd quote the post, but I don't know how to use the multiquote function yet but I promise, there is a post by Swedie to that effect upthread. I checked and its post 340 of this thread that I'm talking about (by Swedie).

Swedie I'm not attacking you, and I hope you don't view it as an attack when its so not meant to be one! I just really was confused by the post in question and needed (and received) clarification. Thanks again everyone. :)

Gotcha, ok. But still, the one on the cigarette package does not look at all like TLM's handwriting, don't you agree?

:twocents:

I would think the shoes found at TLM's were the ones MR had in his gym bag that he gave TLM to wear on the trip back to Woodstock, after hers where thrown out along the highway. Crown just trying to prove TLM was telling the truth about the shoes.:moo:
