Not that my poking about couldn't be more thorough or intense but, I haven't found any of the residents on bookface or reddit verifying she had courtesy officer/security position with them, or that they knew her.

Yep. I believe we have distilled this down to being pretty close to what (most likely) happened. We shall certainly see, but I really do believe we have come to the right conclusion here.

Yep, another murky "fact" that doesn't seem to have some from the land of possible reality... this case seems to be made of them.

I read about Brown and his statements about the case. I just stopped without having to click the link as my setup shows the URL to where a headlined tag directs. He is right although I'd like to hear him lay it all out in direct, clear and complete language sparing no details of everything done wrong. And maybe even his speculation as to why.

Yup but I'm wondering if there may be more than one 911 call made after shots were fired. Maybe witnesses who peeked out and seen her in uniform and assumed ... that's where the security guard comment came from? Plus I was "lurking" through pages yesterday and one of the neighbors may or may not have a video out there that wasn't interested giving to the public and may or may not have turned it over although I believe they may or may not be highly cautious to give it to the wrong person due to the way the investigation has been handled so far but it may or may not be damning. I was trying word it so it won't be against rules but this was last night when I may or may not have seen it, I am looking now to have a screen shot of it atleast

IF they want to play that game they can.. but he wouldn't have been eager to get back to the game because it didn't start until around 8:55 pm due to lightning. They played in Philly, so it would be 9:55pm or 10:05 - which sadly is right around the time that officer trigger finger came up there give or take 5 mins .. was he maybe excited about the game starting and started jumping up and down .. or maybe he lit up his blunt "if it's his" at the beginning of game time? She smells it and approaches his apartment?

The leaks also said she couldn't remember what her victim replied after she gave commands. Really???? That is even more unbelievable. You would think his exact words would have burned into her brain, at that heightened adrenaline moment.

If she was so confused she couldn't hear what he said, why should she proceed to shoot?

And what's the point of saying sorry to 911, apparently? She should be saying sorry to HIM, while comforting him until rescue came - if her story has any truth.

1378 was hers and you may have missed reports that she moved out pronto and went to her sisters place. So we know she purportedly has a brother and sister.

Has the exactly location of the "78" units been established with regards to the complex layout and with respect to the Satellite imagery I posted of the entire complex overhead showing the swimming pool as well as the courtyard? areas?

I have made a guess where the 2 apartments are in the complex, using Google maps and streetview. Please suggest how I can upload the screenshots?

I think I can figure out where the staircase, the garage, the neighbour taking the video too.

In light that DPD seems to be with reason to believe this is an actual murder case for a myriad of very likely reasons, a more affirming statement should be issued besides some loose empty talk about how the Grand Jury will decide because those of us who know how that process really works, knows very good and well the District Attorney General decides what charge will be forcefully and vigorously put before the grand jury for them to merely agree probable cause exists.


And DO NOT DARE botch or sandbag the presenting process and insult the masses of people that don't know how it works by then stating AG was found not guilty of this or that charge or cleared of charges by the DAG's grand jury.


That absurdly deceptive position used often to cover for government officials is nothing but a red herring and false flag to distract and placate idiots.


If the grand jury does not sign a True Bill, it means the State did not vigorously present or at least one panelist was with bias for AG or police in general.

Please hurry up and do not delay convening of a Grand Jury panel making certain no praetorians, Leo stooges, govt. employees or anyone influence-able, compromised or biased are impaneled. We all know it only takes ONE to say NO and that likely can include YOUR grand jury foreman who should abstain from voting in fully recorded proceedings.

I think that the narrative that AG provided is causing great suspicion. I also think there was most likely confusion as to whether this was an “officer involved shooting” where she may have originally benefitted procedurally to some degree.

However, given that the eyes of the nation (and beyond) are on this case, I highly doubt that any coverup will be attempted, or would be successful.

I have tremendous faith in the good people of Texas. They will do the right thing, and I’m sure LE will be following protocol to the letter of the law.
