According to this (case link), the trial was cancelled for Monday.
The website is confusing, but I believe you are seeing remnants of an earlier reschedule. I'm fairly certain they will work a half day Monday.

I think I follow you on Twitter? My handle is the same as here.I have just had a sign (from somewhere? Above? Serendipity?) that I need to follow my instincts and be in court. Call me weird, but my sign appeared out of nowhere in a place I would never expect. So I'm going with it. Work wise, Tuesday will be the best day for me to go. So I'm 95% sure I'm going that day. Unless my manager says no, which I doubt, I'll be there.
I'm don't think you can copy my tweets here since I'm not MSM, but I think that I can post on WS what I'm witnessing in the courtroom. Mods can you confirm? I know I obviously can't give details about jurors etc, but I can at least alert that sidebars are going on when there's Twitter silence, give observances on demeanors of attorneys and witnesses and atmosphere in the room.
I am going to try to do one this week, one next week if I can swing it.

One of the witnesses testified that CM was talking about her battery going dead
I'm curious about the pings too. Mostly because:
His phone pinged at Custer Road at 4:08.
Hers pinged at 4:47, his pinged at 4:56 on the same cell tower. Approximately 40 minutes later his cell phone pinged near his house.
I'm sure earlier on someone said how far away Custer Road and 5800 Granite Parkway are. But it seems to me like the cell tower at GP and the pings proves that he stopped somewhere. However towers cover such a huge area.
If we ASSUME that he stopped, that could mean two things. One - they stopped in that area and THAT is when the attack happened. Two - attack and "disposal" (I hate that word) happened.
I lean more toward just the attack since he was so late to work the next morning. However he apparently cleaned the hell out of that car.
So she could very likely be in the area of that cell tower at 5800 granite parkway. People saying there was a lot of construction in that area disturbs me.

There was only one ping from Christina after they left the parking garage, correct? If so I am guessing it was what we always referred to a "death ping" When I worked in the cell phone industry (which is a particularly tragic name given the circumstances).
Basically, your phone will appear to shut down when it your battery gets to a critical low point, but it is actually not completely dead, more in a state of deep hibernation. This is so that if you get a power source and can charge it, you can turn it on quicker. (This is true of many electronics and why it is suggested to unplug appliances/devices if you want to reduce your energy use).
So the phone stays in this deep sleep, it won't ping, it won't receive data, etc. Then when those last little bits of electricity are almost gone that it can't even sustain itself in this sleep mode, it will give one final ping, "the death ping."
If Christina has the find my phone app enabled on her iPhone and didn't mess around with the default settings, that final ping would include very detailed location information as well. As the default setting is to get a location before it dies so you can then access that information on the icloud. But, if she had changed settings or turned off the GPS, the location would be done trough triangulation and not as accurate.

I don't remember this from the tweets. Can you copy that tweet over? And the reference to who it was? Please?
From my memory, I think both pinged 5800 Granite Pkwy 9 minutes apart. That indicates in my mind they were stopped and likely where attack happened. I think maybe he then put her lifeless body in his trunk, went home, slept a little, then left to go dispose leaving from his house to dispose given the ping trails.

Is Custer Road gantry northbound on S.H. 121. a toll road? NTTA toll tag records indicate he traveled along the State Highway 121 and passed through the Custer Road gantry, northbound at 4:08 a.m
On Dec. 9, DNA evidence collected through a forensic analysis of his vehicle came back positive, supporting the detectives’ theory that Morris left the parking garage undetected in Arochi’s trunk.
"Arochi's phone last pinged with that tower located at 5800 Granite Parkway in Plano at 4:56 a.m. Morris' phone last communicated with the same tower was at 4:47 a.m., indicating the phones were in close proximity to one another. This evidence contradicts Arochi's previous statement to detectives that he went directly home after leaving the Shops at Legacy and that Morris was not with him." 47 mins later her phone is pinging, so is his
"Based on this information, detectives believe Arochi returned to the area near the Shops at Legacy with Morris after initially leaving in his vehicle and traveling on S.H. 121.
On Sept. 15, Plano PD was contacted by Sprint Regional Manager Scott Aronstein, who said that Arochi, a manager at a Wylie Sprint store, had stolen a gold Samsung Galaxy S5 phone and activated this phone on his personal Sprint account on Aug. 25.Detectives took possession of the phone on Sept. 23 and logged it as evidence."
Forensic analysis revealed the device appeared to have been "wiped" to eliminate or destroy data."
"Sept. 10, detectives conducted a trash pull at Arochi's Allen home. Items collected and logged as evidence included "various cleaning rags and towels; cleaning supplies, including an empty 32-ounce bottle of '409' cleaner and an empty 32-ounce bottle of 'all purpose cleaner' with bleach.” IMOO ...a person DOES NOT clean their black camaro with bleach!!!
I will assume this will come up in trial?

Just for the record, Arochi's Camaro is dark gray, not black.
Ty, I am color impaired. Would you know if the interior is also dark gray? Irregardless would he really clean his beloved car with bleach? That would be a huge red flag to LE. But then LE didn't gather the trash until 10 days later, by then he would have had it cleaned and any rags, towels, et would have been disposed of, I would think.
