Regarding medical records,privacy laws and HIPPA here in the states we must assume he is telling the truth on that until his medical records have been court ordered.

I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but in my experience a medical record release would have to be signed to release Rx information. Many, many young people are on ADD meds. Adderall is a good medicine for ADD, but as all drugs it can be abused. LE probably asked him if he was on any Rx meds and he told them yes Adderall. They probably asked him if he took his medicine that day and he told them he took an Adderall at noon on 08/29/2014.

I do know in my personal situation, LE asked for medications that were taken and we volunteered the Rx bottles for their report.

I was thinking that he may have shown his prescription bottle to LE, but that's a guess.

but people were/are bringing up the limp and something that points to him being guilty. If he always limped I would think his defenders would have mentioned that as a direct rebuttal to things putting suspicion on him.

I finally saw where the mustang was (I watched all the video EXCEPT for that one) and it was not where I was thinking. While a great spot, not unheard of to be able to get that spot. This spot limits where EA could have been tremendously as well and the Lois exit makes 100% sense now.

Yes, for adults with ADD/ADHD fully vetted,accepted and qualified -He could very well be qualified under the ADA. (Americans with Disability Act)
So this is a subject that should be treated as such.

According to the warrant, Arochi told police that he took Adderall and drank 10 shots of liquor and three to five beers on the day Morris disappeared.

Arochi has a prescription for Adderall, he told the station. He said he had nothing to do with Morris' disappearance and said his injuries were from an accident changing his tire the day before she vanished.

"I didn't have any bite marks on my arm, I had an accident that day changing my tire - and there's proof of that cause I texted my girlfriend telling her I was changing my tires and that's been cleared," said Arochi.

I don't suppose LE will be divulging that information though.

Do we know how the staffing system works for the guards, what shift pattern they work etc?

from the way it is phrased they are most likely worked for the "shops at legacy" as opposed to a particular bar/night club. In American these things like the shops, multi use complexes, are the big thing right now they are like the pretentious *advertiser censored* child of a glorified outdoor mall and a apartment complex. So its not just an area where lots of shops are its and actual development and as such they would have security working similar to mall security. Individual bars/night clubs would likely have their own security (which could be referred to as security), but in the context it was used I'm pretty sure its security for the shops in general. If it was otherwise I think they would have just been identified as "employees of [insert bar name here]"

Does anyone have a link proving he did actually have a prescription for Adderall as opposed to EA simply saying he had one? He hasn 't proven himself to be very truthful.

As far as I know it is the MSM article, which came from EA himself. I do want to say that he was in jail for 5days(?)- I would think if he had a RX. For adderall they would continue to give that to him while in jail. I do wonder if he was used to taking more than prescribed if he would go through withdrawals or if the dose originally prescribed would be just enough to keep the withdrawal at a minimum.

I wonder how LE would know if they were security guards if they were NOT in security vehicles? It has been mentioned that video footage is dark and grainy. Just thinking out loud.

JIMO i think the video might be a lot better than they led on at first. At first they said some cameras didn't work and video was bad IMO to get someone to keep telling lies that they could catch him in. I think the could identify the vehicles and they tracked down the owners.
