Regarding Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and other social networking or blog websites: Links may be used to direct posters to view something on a social networking page. But postings on social networking sites are not considered fact; they are rumor. Copying and pasting, or taking screen caps, directly from these pages is not allowed. Paraphrasing is okay. (Exception: If the Twitter or Facebook post belongs to a verified news station, it may be copied. But a link should still be provided.)

Also, social networking pages may only be linked if they are directly related to a case, i.e. the victim or suspect. We don't want to post to someone's mother, brother, employer, milkman, or postal carrier just because they know the main player. We also NEVER link to minor's pages (unless they are the victim). And be sure that the page actually belongs to the person being discussed. Do not link to someone if you are not 100% sure it is the correct person. And if a social networking is set to private and you get in the back way, you may not post what you find. Private means private!

I did not say anyone accused her of lying. But my observation is that when she says that she is CERTAIN it is not CM, she should be given the benefit of the doubt (whether we know where she got her info or not) based on (a) her track record of telling the truth, (b) her lack of any reason to say she's certain, if she's not, and (c) the insensitivity of demanding "prove it prove it prove it" on something she has no obligation to prove to anyone.

At the end of the day, you either trust her and trust that she would know what's talking about, or you don't. I trust her.

Well, Steve, since this site is all about posting links so rumors don't grow legs, I fail to see what the big deal is if some of us choose to go by pure fact, not emotion, not rumor, and certainly not private Facebook pages.

I doubt a mother of any missing child who has endured the agony of knowing her child's DNA has been found on the edge of a creep's trunk is going to be in denial about anything at all. She knows it may not be her daughter but it is another parent's dead child.

Based on Jonni's comments that she believes Christina is still alive, I think it's fair to wonder (IMO) whether she heard from LE or she feels in her heart it wasn't Christina. And yes, obviously this was someone's child and that sucks.

How about we see if we can sleuth things from the past of EA. His shadiness here seemed way too easy and experienced, perhaps he's a serial predator whose past has clues to where he takes them, from things he's done in the past. or places he's been, or those he hangs with.

And we know EA would know what happened to CM, because no question he put her IN HIS TRUNK. Now she's not there. He knows what he did with her. Find a way to read his mind, and you find CM.

So what can we find out about this guy that might offer some clues? School, work history, associates, and especially places he might have hung out that might give a tip to where he would have taken CM.

The fact that he worked for Sprint is a clue. Turnover in cell phone stores is incredible. I don't know how long he worked there but he stole a phone and they caught him so I doubt it was long. They should look at where he worked before that. The kidnapper/killer of the Arkansas real estate agent buried her at his previous place of employment.

The only support I've seen has been towards his family. And the people who have come on here have all basically said he kept to himself, moved around from different groups of friends.

I still think the best clue we know is in the timeline, specifically the time frame from the last known (to us) ping and getting gas at Kroger. Where could he have gone? If he was cleaning his car at work, that tells me that he didn't have time to do it prior to 10:15 when he's seen washing the back of his trunk. How far could he have gone and gotten back by then?

Does anyone think EA may have any connection to the drug-related sting HF found himself in? Does he hang at those strip clubs by any chance? Did he know the other girls that have gone missing (Mystique, etc.? Idk names). Even though I am of the mind that he alone is guilty of whatever happened to Christina, just having all this other "shenanigans" (as someone said) going on with HF, it could make one think there's more to this than just Christina being kidnapped - just a lot of coincidences. Were there drugs sold at the skate parks? Was EA a part of skate parks? Did he go to casinos?
I still wish I knew if Christina was a CI. I can see how she could get tangled up in that and was very, very worried about HF. Stays with me every night, my heart goes out to Jonni. Wish JMOM and CD would give us an update of some sort, even if just to say they are doing as well as can be expected.
ps..Steve, I love your directness, too. You've got a good head on your shoulders, seems to me - you want to get at the heart of the matter. I just ask that you not step on toes that have worked as hard as anybody on giving facts, maps, their sincerity, time, hope and all that. Keep ideas flying, it helps us all.

Other than that, we don't know much about him. He moved from Mexico in 2001. EA's parents bought their current home in Allen in 2004. I did find another Allen address for the Arochis and it appeared to be apartments.
He worked at Sprint in Wylie as a manager, seems to have quite a few phones / digital storage devices.. He also lists real estate as a profession on LinkedIn so he may have done some apprenticeship with his dad.
He apparently had a girlfriend but I'm not so sure that the party goers knew about her. Usually guys don't try to pick up girls that know their girlfriend. Girl code says to reject him then tell his girlfriend.

This body is probably not Christina's, if her mothers have said so. But I really do not believe Christina is alive. I can't see EA leaving her alive after putting her into his trunk and then doing who knows what else to her. I don't believe in the trafficking theory, not in this case. Imo, this was a crime of impulse and opportunity, and EA's behavior afterward far too incriminating.

Hope they can identify the remains soon, though.

Very true.

However, I still don't think it's a big deal to want to know if this came from LE. According to the newstory, the body was badly decomposed and age and race were not identifiable. Now, maybe once the ME got her on the table, they were able to determine those things that would rule out Christina. It's an honest question and I don't know why we are getting such hostility over it. It's no different than asking for a link on something.

I don't think (IMO) HF is directly inolved. I think there could be an indirect connection. But some days I think EA is the lone assailant. I go back and forth A LOT!

Re EA getting caught stealing phones, it makes you wonder how many times he had done that before he was caught.

Also, wonder if he was caught stealing this one because of the focus on his phone, in the CM case. (The thought being, if there is a focus on his past, wonder what other previously-undiscovered crimes it will reveal.)

...Side note: no way to follow him around after he gets out, and hope it gives some clue as to where he left CM. Given the combo of 4 facts ( 1 the DNA evidence has him nailed on the AK, 2 AK can imprison him for up to 99 years, 3 he won't tell what he did with her, 4 a jury is going to nail him to the wall to the extreme for not revealing where she is), I bet he never sees the outside of a prison cell again in his life. Good thing, as it ends his days as a predator and rewards him commensurately for what he did to CM.

In this situation in which EA has landed I would think friends would come forth in support of him on the HFCM site or on the various MSM FB pages comments section if they had anything favorable to say about him at all. I haven't read any.

IMO the real estate angle has been concerning...e.g. Are there properties that would present an opportunity to hide things? Even recall it mentioned up string this could be why there was a significant amount of cleaners in the trash etc.

The interesting thing is TREC has no Arochi licensed real estate agent/broker in the state of Texas....none.

I completely disagree. I have seen a couple very nice (not), meek guys on tru crime shows, dismember their girlfriends, and one of them even said he loved his girlfriend. Desperate people do desperate things!
