I feel if any of this is true then we were misled. They didn't hint about those things...they said something else entirely.

No, it doesn't exonerate EA on anything. He still has her DNA inside his trunk (near the opening, imo). He is the one charged with Aggravated Kidnapping. However, it does explain possibly LE's remarks about others being involved and more arrests to come.

AFAIK they only opined about one person not being involved and they hint that more than just EA was involved.

The PI they hired said EA "turned his phone off" before a certain exit or street (121? Custer?); I'm not a local. He didn't want anyone calling him back IMO.

I swear I'm not trying to be annoying, but do you have the link where the PI said this? Since we've been discussing it, I've been trying to look for the source, but I am coming up with nothing. TIA!!

There's got to be a reason HF doesn't have a bond amount. Do any of the others on the drug bust have a bond?
I just can't understand why EA wouldn't be singing like a bird if anyone else was involved.

he is charge federally and just being housed in whatever county jail (i forget) so maybe they can not give him bail since he is only being housed there and is not held by that county.

Jonni McElroy, Morris' mother, said the missing woman's boyfriend is devastated by his girlfriend's disappearance and has helped distribute flyers and search on numerous occasions. According to the preview: HF supposedly lost his phone (we were told he was at home asleep. HF saw ALP out that night (We were told HF was at home asleep and never left FW). Christina called ALP and he returned the call (We were told she only talked to SN and called HF repeatedly because HF was home asleep).

We will see what this show comes up with because you are correct in saying it could be for drama and draw. (They succeeded I must say.)

It appears the majority of those busted are at Kauffman County Jail, none have bond. You can search by admit date, 12-08-14. http://12.14.175.12/dcn/inmateGrid.aspx

The call log is really interesting.

I agree with a previous post about CM finding out about HF and ALP bumping into each other, or whatever on there night out. Then when CM couldn't get a hold of HF she has called ALP to see what's been going on! He hasn't answered the call, but then he has rung her back and they spoke for 4 minutes.

Am I right in seeing the 2 incoming calls to pp for 1minute looks like CM didn't answer them? Perhaps she was too busy trying to phone HF.

I think the only thing that could come out to be of more help would be to find out if CM had any other phone/text logs too ALP. Or it can just be put down to because of the argument.

I do wonder how close EA and ALP are? Perhaps she made EA mad the way she was speaking about ALP, as she must have been on the phone to him while EA was there.

I think CM used EAs phone in the hope that perhaps he would answer from and unkown number, perhaps she felt like he was ignoring her calls on purpose.

to me i doen't matter that much as long as he eventually gave his phone up and it was not "wiped" .... now if his phone was lost lost then I agree with you totally. I guess it doesn't matter that much to me b/c i'm already just assuming he is lying about his phone being "lost".

According to the clip preview for tonight - Anna Morris was talking about .. the fight with HF that night/morning CM friends were encouraging her to just crash there for the night, she said no -she wanted to go home to the puppy dog........

JMO~ This is why I think there was not really a preplanned weekend thing that she would take things in order to stay overnight or weekend.

So now we find out that she had not initially intended to stay over?? -- her friends were trying to encourage her to???

I am very interested to see the program tonight to see what other information can be cleared up. Even the preview is answering some questions we had tossed around in the earlier threads.

have we confirmed they where together when they were arrested .... this is turning into days of our lives.

I do not believe they were together when actually taken into custody (but then again I wasn't there, Thank God!)
A warrant was issued for the younger on Oct 9 and he was taken in on Oct 10.
A warrant was issued (to revoke parole) for the elder on Sept 24 and as far as I can see he was also taken into custody on Oct 10.

Thanks for the link about the PI hearing that his phone had been turned off. So weird. So I guess even with the phone off it still pings towers? I really need to read up on this. I know that it has been discussed before, but I thought if your phone was off it wouldn't ping. I thought that would be the whole point of him turning his phone off!

It matters to me if HF's phone was supposedly lost during the barrage of calls and texts from Christina that night. It also would poke a hole in his alibi if he said his phone was "lost' because they cannot use it as evidence he never left FW.

I maintain that the Odoban was used for its "99.99% germ killing ability", not to actually cover an odor. This guy isn't a genius...I think he thought killing germs = killing DNA. Which would explain why he used such a large quantity.

Since LE states the DNA is consistent with blood or saliva, I bet they went Luminol crazy as soon as they had that car back in their possession and have even more evidence now.

LE looked at his car two times prior to confiscating it for the third time.
The second time LE kept the car for 11 days. Wouldn't LE have used Luminol earlier?
Getting rid of any smell related to death isn't easy (is it possible?).
One of the reasons I'm confused about the car evidence, that is, since LE looked at the vehicle earlier on (2X).

In a prior post, I made a boo-boo by posting "blood" evidence.
Should have been "DNA" since we don't know the specific details of what was found.

How could it be for drama? HF lost his phone...WHAT??? She talked to ALP...WHAT???? HF saw ALP....WHAT??? why are we just now hearing all this. In my opinion it's adds a whole new dimension to this.
