Obviously we know she WAS IN HIS TRUNK at some point.

Does it physically hurt to explore all options? I don't get it. If/when EA is charged and convicted for murder, I shall move on. Until then, it's an open case and it shouldn't bother anyone to look at everyone and everything. MOO

I have not read anywhere that they were all friends with ALP except in a reference on this site. Would we be talking about SN, PP, and SB? SB is not from Allen, so I do not believe she was friends with Logan. That leaves two people unless there were others at the apt. which is a question I posed earlier. Also, who got a lawyer? I would imagine the friends were helpful at first not realizing this was going to turn into a murder case in which everyone present that night would be scrutinized at which point they each grew worried because they had something to hide like drug use. One already has arrests on her record and one has a child. I would imagine they would be very careful and nervous about what they say even though I believe they really want to help bring CM home.

If I ever had a friend go missing following an evening she had spent with me I would get a lawyer so fast everyone's heads would spin, and I wouldn't give a flying fig if all you folks on Websleuths sat around talking about how guilty it made me look. There is NO wAy I would navigate that experience without the advice of a paid professional.

Well, I don't think if there was SA that it happened in the trunk. Is anyone giving that serious consideration? Come on.

Iirc, JMOM said the location of the bite on EA led her to believe he was bitten while outside of the car. And his other injuries indicate a fight with someone.

So, a scenario? Christina is hit (by a car door, by a fist) and knocked out at EA's car, thrown in his trunk. He leaves garage, drives away. Maybe CM comes to, uses trunk release latch, or comes to and is able to attack EA when he stops wherever and opens the trunk. Fight ensues, she does not win. She is murdered, with or without SA. He drives back toward the Shops, maybe to leave CM near her car, then heads home, leaving lots of questions in his wake.

All roads relating to Christina's current situation lead back to EA, whether or not anyone else was involved. He has all the answers, whether or not anyone else was involved.

(By a car door - how casino man incapacitated a woman who walked with him out to parking lot, he smashed her with car door, threw her in the back seat, and drove away. By a fist - we've probably all seen a video of someone getting cold cocked, out like a light. And one minute would have been sufficient, let alone three.)

And, as far as we know (or should I say as far as we've been told) EA was the last known person to see Christina. I, at this time, tend to believe that based ONLY on the surveillance video clip that we've been shown and the fact that no other information has been released to make us think any different. So, as far as I'm concerned, IF he didn't harm/kill Christina, then why the need to lie about what garage he was parked in? Did she or didn't she use his phone? and on and on and on. IF he has nothing to hide, why the need to lie? Why wouldn't you just tell the truth, then LE may not have had their suspicions from his numerous lies and they may have moved on in their investigation into her disappearance.

Not that I believe this but could something like this be possible...what if he was to be responsible only for kidnapping Christina, only to be passed off to some other person or persons, and let's for a minute think this COULD have happened, what's the chances and what's the reasons that he would not come forth with this? Would it be because his life has been threatened if he talks? Could it be because he is confident LE will not be able to pursue murder charges against him? And if this is what he thinks, is it because he KNOWS her body will never be found? And if that is the case, HOW does he know her body won't be found IF he is not the one responsible for her death? Questions, questions, questions but no answers...Thoughts anyone?

2 Why do you keep asking a question that has been answered in detail to you multiple times? In short, I see LE simply being smart.
Unless you are LE, I will continue to ask the same question.

...This is NOT true, and was NOT said. What was said by LE is that it was possible ("could have") that HF gave her drugs - and of course, that means they also are saying they believe it's possible that she wasn't given any drugs by HF.

5 You see 20 years for AK. I say he's on track to get 99, if he doesn't change his approach and start chasing a plea, and that's not just talk. I see multiple factors that will cause that:
...his blatant lying to try to derail LE's investigations,
...his continued refusal to tell what he did with CM,
...the fact that she has never been seen again which means he could have killed her,
...and, combine those with victim impact statements in the penalty phase, where Jonni and Anna and Mark will talk about how their agony is ongoing because he won't tell what he did with her.
...Add those together and imo no jury will give him less than the max for what he did to this poor girl, esp in Texas.

I've seen more blatant murderers get off with less. Until he's charged and doesn't cop a plea, I'll keep with my thought he doesn't serve more than 20 years. MOO

Just a couple of comments here:

1. This is Collin County...not any other county. If they ask for 99 years they have a good chance of getting it. My opinion only.

2. All jail conversations are recorded and monitored in Collin County except for attorney visits and non attorney letters to inmates are copied and read. Jail conversations and visits are very limited for non attorneys. I don't personally know EA's attorney but I know a lot of attorneys in Collin County and most of them are very busy. How often do you think EA's attorney is able to visit this one client?

3. Not all attorneys in criminal cases want to know or even ask details of cases from inmates. Some even prefer not to know, my opinion only.

Just all my opinion only.

Edited to clarify that I agree with Steve S, just adding comments. I do think, in my opinion, EA could have help covering up after the fact.

Edited again to add I value and respect all opinions, even when, especially when, they don't match mine. I think we all just want to bring CM home.

Are those all calls from CM's phone? My god, that is an obsessive amount of attempts at contact! Really, if there was little return contact, it looks like over to me. I know young people use their phones a lot, but that seems bizarre. HF is, if anything trying to create distance. It does not sound to me as if he could be in any way jealous.

You know what even more bizaar is that these were only VOICE calls. Texts are listed in another portion of the bill apparently. I don't have Sprint so I'm just going off of others here, but ya, a crap load of calls when her age group usually texts non-stop as their primary communication venue, so who know what happened on texts!!!!

I asked a question. You asked why I keep asking the same question when I've been given an answer. I'm saying You aren't LE so I take your word less than a VI. I have not received the answers I seek.

Trying to catch up, loving the debate and open minds. I'm of the mindset that even if Christina brought party favors (to be sold or shared for free that night, at the end, somebody (EA) wanted more. So, I am confused, but if I am understanding correctly what you are trying to say is that basically maybe HF felt it was over between him and Christina, so why answer her calls?? Maybe that could explain why it appears he didn't bother to worry about where she was for Four Days?

I am glad I had to wash my hair and watch Downton Abbey.

I see people here as being in four groups:

1. They believe EA did it and most likely did it alone.
2. They believe EA did it and most likely had help from a family member.
3. They believe EA did it and it was done as a part of a drug conspiracy in which Christina somehow went afoul of the wrong people.
4. People who have been sleuthing this so long that they are having trouble letting go.

I think there is complete agreement that EA did it, or at least did something because she was in his trunk.

Is there any one that believes EA had nothing to do with the death of Christina? I thought so.

What is left to discuss? Essentially, the thing most worth discussing is where Christina could be. Another thing that is of interest is motive, but to me that comes back to Arochi, a pretty boring guy of limited intelligence and imagination. Discuss the motives of other people and most likely we are in violation of the rules laid down by the mods.

Steve, what do you think happened? Did EA get blue balls from SB so he set his eyes on CM? Walked her to the garage and made a move? After being rejected, he killed her? IN the garage or elsewhere. We know she was in his trunk. IYO what do you think happened? Did he SA her while she was unconcious? Dead? Where did all this possibly take place? In the garage? At his home? Somewhere else? What do you make of the text to HF for some good rock? were they possibly going to meet?

I have been here following, and I wanted to say that I know that a couple of bodies have been found in bent tree golf course lake/pond over the last several years. Including a dpd officer that killed himself.
