Mother confirmed about the boyfriend/girlfriend fight ...
Here is transcript from Interview with JVM on CNN

Thank you. The JVM transcript seems to contain the majority of info we know about the case. The problem is Christina's mom is answering Jane's questions based on what other people have told her.
JE states, "And then about the third day, I get a phone call
from one of her best friends let me know she was very worried about Christina, because
she
had not heard from her either. And then her boss was very kind of frantic that Christina
didn't show up for work for two days, because Christina has never missed work."
Regarding bf ~ "As he has told us, him and Christina did get in an argument on the phone, a fight, a boyfriend-girlfriend fight, that evening. And he assumed that she wasn't going to come home and needed to stay a few days with a friend to cool down."
JE continues to give reasons why Christina left the party although she intended to stay overnight there (had already changed her clothes). IMO JE's series of thoughts here don't make complete sense. Christina was upset over the fight and wanted to get her dog
"and also because she did have to be at work early in the morning."
Which indicates Saturday morning. Christina didn't show up for work on Saturday or Tuesday per JE.
If Christina was scheduled to work early on Saturday, according to her mom, she originally intended to sleep in Plano anyway before the argument/fight with HF ensued. Does that mean Christina planned to wear the clothes she had on Friday night to work the next day? (But catch a few hours sleep wearing her friend's t-shirt.) Details of what Christina had in her car haven't been mentioned. Maybe she kept her makeup/toothbrush in her backpack and several clothing items in her car. Also Christina believed her dog would be taken care of if she was intending to stay in Plano prior to the phone fight.
Long after this JVM interview we learned the last text to HF asked him to leave the door unlocked. The question is, who sent the text?
