Ah, thank you. A bit before my time, but yes, I am familiar with the song. Sorry for interrupting the regularly scheduled program. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something significant. Not to downplay the significance of said band...anyway. Carry on.

:drumroll:
Carry On -Crosby Stills & Nash
Carry On Wayward Son- Kansas

About UBER & LYFT ...

Do you have to pre-pay before they dispatch?
How do you pay ?? Is it cash only?

About how much is the rate from "In The Shops" to say Downtown Fort Worth???

Now those are good questions. Would a young 23 yo pay a fare for that long of a trip? I know I wouldn't have at that age.

Mother confirmed about the boyfriend/girlfriend fight ...
Here is transcript from Interview with JVM on CNN
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1409/08/ijvm.01.html

Thank you. The JVM transcript seems to contain the majority of info we know about the case. The problem is Christina's mom is answering Jane's questions based on what other people have told her.

JE states, "And then about the third day, I get a phone call from one of her best friends let me know she was very worried about Christina, because
she
had not heard from her either. And then her boss was very kind of frantic that Christina didn't show up for work for two days, because Christina has never missed work."

Regarding bf ~ "As he has told us, him and Christina did get in an argument on the phone, a fight, a boyfriend-girlfriend fight, that evening. And he assumed that she wasn't going to come home and needed to stay a few days with a friend to cool down."

JE continues to give reasons why Christina left the party although she intended to stay overnight there (had already changed her clothes). IMO JE's series of thoughts here don't make complete sense. Christina was upset over the fight and wanted to get her dog
"and also because she did have to be at work early in the morning."
Which indicates Saturday morning. Christina didn't show up for work on Saturday or Tuesday per JE.

If Christina was scheduled to work early on Saturday, according to her mom, she originally intended to sleep in Plano anyway before the argument/fight with HF ensued. Does that mean Christina planned to wear the clothes she had on Friday night to work the next day? (But catch a few hours sleep wearing her friend's t-shirt.) Details of what Christina had in her car haven't been mentioned. Maybe she kept her makeup/toothbrush in her backpack and several clothing items in her car. Also Christina believed her dog would be taken care of if she was intending to stay in Plano prior to the phone fight.

Long after this JVM interview we learned the last text to HF asked him to leave the door unlocked. The question is, who sent the text?

How do the police know that after CM and the guy she was walking with went separate ways when they were out of view of the security camera?

When BF saw the texts in the AM, why was he not worried?
Also I doubt anyone else would sent the text, because they would assume she would be missed quickly if she never showed up at home, since she was supposedly on the way.
A perp would not know that no one would worry about her for three days...

Thanks Sal,

I have just been searching .... and see drivers of Uber do not carry cash ..and it is prepaid thru some app on the phone prior to the dispatch ...

I think it might be a 95% chance she did not arrange for Uber or Lyft 50miles away to Fort Worth to get her dog with the door unlocked

What video was uploaded on April 7, 2012?
The video of bf skating to one of Christina's accounts?

The video on EA's fb from the casino. Someone was alluding to the idea that it may have been from the weekend she went missing. I was clarifying that it was from 2012.

Where's the proof that she did not get a ride with the guy she walked to the garage with? What reason would they be walking together to the garage at 4am other than him looking out for her, which failed miserably if that was his intention?

If both car and house keys were on the same key ring, that fact she didn't have her car keys would be the show stopper for me. Yet she didn't mention that in her text that is strañge to me. jmo

LE can only get evidence if " Dude" allows a search of his vehicle or if they can get a search warrant.

What is the name of the stuff they use for black light that shows up fluids and fibers and blood??

Maybe when CM and "walking guy" got to the parking garage he went on to get his car, she went to look around her car to see if she dropped her keys there, and he swung back by to see if she had found them. When she said she didn't he offered her a ride . Oops! Posted under wrong post!

-Christina sent a text at 3:36am to her boyfriend who was at home asleep that said “I can’t find the keys to the house.” after no response at 3:58am, 1 minute after the surveillance footage was taken, she sent another text to her boyfriend that said, “Can you please leave the door unlocked?” –As said by her mother “This means she must have gotten a ride with someone.”

22minutes later ...
As I have stated It would be about a 20 min casual walk from the location of Scruggs to the NE corner of the parking garage that sits off Legacy,Parkwood,Lois & Bishop
Ok, thanks for the clarification!

How did we come up with EA being the parking garage escort? I'm not questioning if it is valid, just not sure where that tidbit originally came from. Thanks!

Actually it was a girl who is a friend of CM who posts here and saw her that night.

:shame: well cuz the police say they went their separate ways .... and cuz they asked the dude she was walking with and he said she left.. and they said Ok you passed the sniff test.....
(snarky voice off)

Regarding her backpack.. I carry one too, as do plenty of my friends. in mine I always keep my makeup, deodorant, spare toothbrush, phone charger, and daily things I need like my wallet. It's like a just in case thing if I need to crash somewhere. I typically have at least 3 outfits in my car too. Wherever I end up staying (if necessary) has basic things like hair straightener, shower stuff, toothpaste etc.

Just through interviews and reading about all of this she reminds me so much of myself it's freaky.
