Maybe with all the hurricanes BUT.. this little kid was lost in the River of Las Mercedes in Choroni Venezuela when it over flowed.. his name Santiago Alonso Soldner in August 21 2017. He is 4 and his parent died also.. But he has not been found.

He was found by someone walking along the beach at 7th and Seawall.

The area where the child's body was found is not a heavily populated area.

Investigators have reached out to Child Protective Services to see if there's any way the agency can help identify the child. Federal agencies, like US Customs and Border Protection are also searching their databases.

In this pic where he's sitting in the car, his eyes look blue to me. The little boy found on the beach has brown eyes according to the GPD information.

I do not know if anyone has posted this yet but I spoke with the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office this morning to confirm:

Isaiah Daniel Juarez of Hawkins County (Rogersville, TN) has *officially* been ruled out as a possible match for this little angel.

I am sorry if this has already been posted, I am in a rush this morning and did not have time to read all pages of this thread.

Isaiah has been ruled out by law enforcement, he has been found and returned home.

If you’re asking about Sean Lanier, I called the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children last night. Spoke with someone about the similarities and they filed a report, which will go to law enforcement. No follow-up as of yet.

More recent descriptions say he’s “at least partially Hispanic.” So blended heritage hasn’t been ruled out. [emoji106]

One article I came across said that Marcos was under the care of CPS when his mother took off with him and that he was in the care of CPS because mom was a known drug user - which would explain the mugshot. Longview, TX is north of the island, around 260miles away.

Thanks for the information Lyssa. It’s even more concerning that Marco is in his mother’s company if she is still using drugs.

Distance is measured in kilometres ‘Down Under’ but I still ‘think’ in miles which sometimes causes confusion. It was about 500+ km from Longview to Galveston on Google Maps which seemed like a long way to me when I was reading Marco’s missing child poster.

If someone was travelling to Mexico which route would they be most likely to take from Longview TX?

Also, are DNA samples taken from inmates when they are arrested/charged/incarcerated in the US?

When searching for missing children in TX, I expanded the parameters to include children who had gone missing from 2011-2017, hoping to find records of those who were now aged between 2 and 6 years old. I was concerned that sometimes initial postmortem age estimates can be slightly inaccurate so some children could be overlooked. Sean was one of the children in that search result.

Thank you for getting in touch with NCMEC, OC. Hopefully, LE will expand their search parameters if they fail to find a matching record of a missing child within the initial target ages of 3 to 5 years old.
