There are a few sound issues in the beginning but it will have sound.
DA Gillespie brought up some information that we the public were not privy to before concerning the video of JS3 slapping the 2 year old little boy and the date's. There is clear and convincing evidence with the manipulation by Staley of the videos that prove there was premeditation on Staley's part showing he was attempting to create proof that Wilder McDaniel fell from his crib the night he was murdered by this psychopath.
Makes my stomach sick!!

The interview also touches on the court motion hearing for JS3's public defender being appointed. According to Mr. Gillespie and the video link Staley was brought into the hearing wearing only a paper gown and was observed crying throughout the hearing while clinging to the lawyers.

What a difference a week makes! He was shown sauntering through the courthouse hallways with his cellphone and arrogant, better than everyone else attitude. Now with the LWOP sentence the Tarrant County jury convicting him of he's suddenly a mental patient? GTHOOH

Friday, March 24th:
*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 9am CT) - TX - *Jason Wilder McDaniel (2) murdered on October 11, 2018, Wichita Falls) - *Amber Nichole McDaniel (31/now 32) aka Amber Odom, mother charged & indicted (7/22/21) & arraigned (8/6/21) with abandon/endangering a child & tampering with physical evidence in connection with incidents 10/11/18, the day her son was discovered dead. Amber was free Thursday from Wichita County Jail on $60K bond. Tampering with physical evidence charge dismissed 7/30/21.
Withholding this evidence & deleting the text messages resulted in the felony charge of tampering with evidence. According to Texas law, tampering with evidence is punishable by up to 10 years in prison. If convicted of child endangerment, Amber faces up to two years in a state jail.
8/5/21 Update: Waiver of arraignment. Had pretrial hearings on 8/10/21, inventory docket hearing on 9/10/21, Plea negotiations deadline was 10/15/21. 10/19/21: Defendant's Certificate of plea negotiations. 11/12/21: Pretrial conference was reset to 3/11/22. 3/15/22: Order setting pretrial conference on 8/5/22. 8/5/22 Update: Order on 8/9/22 reset pretrial conference hearing. On 11/21/22 Order setting pretrial conference hearing. 2/15/23 Order setting pretrial conference on 3/24/23 @ 9am for abandon/endangering a child charge. 3/22/23: Receipt of Video (hard drive) to defense attorney.
*James Irven Staley III (38 @ time of crime/40) - Trial started 2/27/23 & ended 3/13/23. Staley has been found guilty of capital murder for the 2018 killing of Wilder McDaniel. Staley was sentenced to life in prison without parole. Filed appeal on 3/13/23.

Now to get the other murder trial underway for the little girl who was also murdered by her mother's boyfriend in the same week as Wilder McDaniel was killed. Scarlett Newsom in Clay County Texas!

Can you please help me understand the difference between the two dates of
08/04/2023 & 08/11/2023?
It's basically like the court knows that there will be a continuance or reset with both of the dates are for the pre-trial hearing? TYSM
