Wow he's testifying? You don't see that every day in a murder case.

Updated document cumulative of all tweets to include last nights very late ending. Document is 59 pages however worth reading at least JL's testimony . If anyone is unable to access the document please advise.

Wow!!! What a story. I suspect given the detailed description, the jury may have reasonable doubt as to murder. How much the jury likes him will come into play as well. It is not often that a murder suspect takes the stand. Sounds like there was a little bit of role-play. This is one time that testifying may work to help the defendant. JMHO

From the tweets, he seems to be one cool cucumber on the stand.

He held up to the prosecutions cross very well it seems. He is a liar, a cheater, a drug user, and not a nice person. However, he makes it seem believable that it was an accident.

im not entirely sure that a lot of it isn't true actually... shocking to me even.

I haven't had time to post over the tweets, but his explanation including a the bumper being off of his car makes a lot of sense.

Finally, at 9pm Central Time the case was handed over to the jury to begin deliberations which will begin tomorrow.
