sources close to the investigation say the body found this morning is indeed that of Jonathan Foster. While HPD sources are waiting for Official confirmation from ME reporter has been told that investigators are proceeding as if the body found earlier today is that of Jonathan Foster.

They're preparing his family for the worst...mother and father are here at headquarters while others spent the night honoring him at vigil.

That would jive with what was said earlier (just once) about them having the grocery store survelaince tape with major info about the burned body that they were very quckly moving and acting on I've praying all day he's ok

I hope those "terrible problems" had nothing to do with SD harming Jonathan.

Within an hour, relatives called police, Harris said.

"Patrol responds by like 3:30 p.m. and they’re there from 3:30 to 4:15 or so," Harris said. "That interaction shakes up the mother because the mother thinks that ‘I’m going to get in trouble for leaving Jonathan alone.’"

Angela Davis called the land line where she and Jonathan live, and a woman with a gruff voice answered, Harris said. Jonathan’s mother asked for her roommate, and the woman said the roommate wasn’t there.

"Then Angela says, ‘Well, this is Angela, I’m Jonathan’s mother. Who are you?’" Harris said. "And the woman is heard saying, ‘Is Angela your mother?’ And the boy replies, ‘Yes ma’am, Angela’s my mother.’ And then the phone went dead."

This states that mom immediately left work, came home, and police were contacted by 330.. This is whole lot different than what is being totally focused on on NG... The main focus is being stated repeatedly that it is so very damning that mom did not contact or speak with police about her son missing until after 930pm... and now according to this that is TOTALLY FALSE!! aarrggghh!

As well as in this latest article it states that the family has been told that it looks as if this burned body could indeed be missing Jonathan...???!!!!! I mean WTH????

LE on national television earlier today stated that the burned body was right at 3 ft...making it sound IMO that if anything the body couldve actually been a little smaller than 3ft... But regardless they did state right at around 3ft long the body measured..and Jonathan 4 ft 7-5 ft tall... Thats a huge difference.. But now its being reported that it is likely the body of Jonathan... again aarrgghh! This is what I hate about media and news reporting these days...It takes days, weeks, and even months to find out that media sites have been 100% wrong with something theyve reported....

This is very sad.I'm confused about where he was.He came up missing at his home?Where was the call to his mother from?The step dad wasn't living there?There was no babysitter?She had a room mate?Who was her room mate?

I think that mom, I mean I know people don't want to sail this boat, she might of had her issues but I think her covering and saying she had this babysitter was just slight evident she was trying to project she is a good mom - that she was taking care of him. If she was having issues with SD pre JF getting there, she did what she could to get him out of that environment. (Separate apartments.)

The phone call she is explaining, if true ... if all of this is true, scares the living daylights out of me. I couldn't even imagine.

From what I can recall, Reneeloveyou said that grandma arrived at the house at 4PM, can that be answered? And if that is true, I suppose grandma was with mom during that time?

Coworkers have explained the call, mom was at work, she did arrive and call the family and police - iirc per Renneloveyou and it wasn't at 930PM.

I just would love to sort this out for the mom, if possible because I don't want to think that she is involved. I really don't.

...I was thinkin earlier she may have felt guilty for leaving him alone under these circumstances and unsure if that was okay as apparently she is an inexperienced parent..... while I think its possible sf can be responsible without her knowledge, I cannot fully rule her out....jmo

Famillies should NEVER have to hear news like this from the media, EVER, I pray this is not the case here and this is just bad information, either way it is horrible of them (the media).

My uncles death was over radio, TV videos and all.
We heard about it over the news..........big accident
well known exclavater on a state job............
my aunt almost had a heart attack!
I do think a law was made that 'immediate'family has to be notified first.
That may not include aunts and grandma's...........

Well my MIL is not able to get a hold of the homicide unit, so if abc13 is confirming it being Jonathan they let something slip before family notified

the police may have notifed jonathan's mother before releasing the confirmation to the media - i would hope so anyway.

Well according to mom the conversation went the way she said. It could have been a set up and DD was calling from the landline at Jonathan's apartment.

It hasn't been confirmed. It's said "to be believed to be" and I'm sure they have told mom this.

These people obviously don't have lot of money and apparently a history of some kind of issue (mental illnes? drugs? both?) which makes you wonder- how severe of a situation would warrent the trouble/expense of moving to another apartment in same complex? Abuse is the only thing I can think of....

Also, if the mom and SD are not together for last 3 weeks, what are they appearing in interviews as a united front? Wouldn't it make more sense if she were with her mother at least?

I'm wondering if Angela was having problems with DD, did she move in with a friend at the complex, as in, someone let her and Jonathan move in, "the roommate."

I'm thinking more and more.. mom is looking more innocent of wrong doing... maybe she didnt know it was common for 12 yr olds to be left alone.. that is very plausible she just got him back and didn't want to get in trouble for doing something wrong like leaving him alone..
