I caught that in the startlegram article on missingtrio.com, Rachel's sister asked to guess what might have happened? That's a strange theory to me, but that article was printed almost 20 years ago. If that was the Arnold family theory in 1974 I'd call it damn-strange. hmmmm I don't know about theories 20 years ago but I do know that 10 years ago they had proof and witnesses that Rachel was alive and well, living somewhere just outside Ft Worth. or at least that's what RA claimed when he sat at the table talking with TT.
I wonder what happened to the proof and witnesses he spoke of at that time?

The fact that no one involved wants to present the real one, makes me think somewhere someone made a big goof when telling LE theirs.

We are hearing of "Secrets talked about constantly", from TT supporting born later family. Who could not expect to hear from them? After all one of the missing could have been their mother are sister wife.
If "TT" cared about this he would have been working along side of the other 3 families.

We speculate about the note over and over. Unless old DNA could be found on a 44 year old note nothing more could be gained from it except something to scribble on about.
We know the 4 O'clock thing started with phone calls. Ask the families of the missing.

RA was a little boy at the time. If he was talking about his mom thinking she saw RA on a Sunday Drive a few years back, maybe he was helping her keep her hope alive. I, for one, wouldn't dash her hopes. I'd try to believe for her sake. I bet she looked for RA in every face she saw, every car.If RA is trying to find answers why do you suppose he sends people to a website that has information stating the car was full of presents and the zipcode on the letter is unknown.I think if he was posting under another name we would notice.
Can I add to your list? I wish we knew what happened in the days and weeks leading up to that shopping trip. There could be things that were never in the newspaper that influenced the police to or away from certain people. I came here to find answers. I am findng questions I didn't know of. Its a whole lot to think about. I don't think there can be much the police haven't thought of over the years. even if they haven't said so.Here is my wish list. I wish we knew what the next day and the next few days were like. Who was le questioning the most. Did they ever give the slightest hint that they were looking at anyone but family? Did anyone seem to lay low, avoid reporters? Did all of the families seem to cling together in the first few days? Did the families communicate freely with each other? Those answers would tell us so very much.
