I like the way he is explaining this. I have to leave in about 15 minutes. Will catch up later. :)

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
Rogers explaining how inmates are classified in general population. Giving jury an idea of Daniel's future if they sentence him to life.

They should have done this for Jodi Arias, might have ended differently.

Death row inmates spend 23 hours by themselves in their cell. 1 hour recreation. They are held at the Polunsky Unit in West Livingston, TX.

Weird. I thought they were kept at Huntsville. :waitasec:

State showing jurors a video of what life would be like for #BrandonDaniel on death row vs life in prison w/o parole.

Officers servicing death row aren't armed with guns or even tazers?

Are you kidding? I'd want a bazooka before a killer and I came face to face.

Jurors seeing a video of how death row inmates are handled compared to general population. Much more "freedom" in general population.

Chris Sadeghi ‏@chrissadeghi 50s

Video shows a death row inmate in the day room for his one hour of recreation. There is a basketball & hoop he is allowed to shoot around on

Why are we seeing this "Day in the Life of an Inmate" documentary?

BD, you are going to Death Row, this video has made that decision a no brainer. And your jury already showed they have your number with the speedy verdict.

Chris Sadeghi ‏@chrissadeghi 2m
Meal time on death row have officers giving food through food slot in cell. In general population, inmates go to a dining hall to get food.

Chris Sadeghi ‏@chrissadeghi 3m
General population shows basketball, volleyball, workout equipment, horseshoes, guys talking to each other.

Why are we seeing this "Day in the Life of an Inmate" documentary?

So the jury understands just how much different death row is from gen pop.

Rogers says that in general population, some prisoners are able to make weapons out of just about anything.

I like this witness, he is doing a good job of explaining things to do with the prison system.

Cell phones are a big problem in prison.

A long time prisoner has been on Rogers' facebook page, which he had to shutdown.

Chris Sadeghi ‏@chrissadeghi 1m
Drugs and cell phones get smuggled into prison. Rogers says some inmates will call victims of their crime.

Chris Sadeghi ‏@chrissadeghi 2m
Rogers says he had to shutdown his own Facebook page because a locked up prisoner found his way on it. Says cell phones are a problem.

My "thanks" is acting wonky, so if you do not see one on your post consider yourself thanked.
Appreciate all the updates :tyou:

Rogers says a killer would have an opportunity to kill again inside general population to kill again. Including officers.

Not aware of any Asian American gangs in prison.
