I think there are a lot of things we don’t know and after a year - I’m doubting we will.

Prisma exhibited very unusual behavior the day she disappeared.

And not just in one aspect of her life - but multiple areas.

We have no idea what was going on in her life leading up to this day.

Was any of this typical behavior?

Walking off a job? Did she change employment frequently?
National Guard?

Easy going or quick tempered?

She wasn’t receiving child support, was she struggling financially? Second job?

Did she drink on a regular basis?

Who did she hang out with? What was a normal week like? Or has it always been somewhat chaotic?
JMO

I agree with this a lot. That day seemed to be spiralling out of control for her in so many ways.

The only answer I remember reading is about the drinking and that she didn't usually drink outside of the weekends. I just wonder if she had more that day because of all that happened on her dinner break? And obviously something was on her mind because she talked for an hour with the babysitter.

I could imagine a bit of both, it does seem strange in the sense they had never spoken that long before, only a 10 minute chat each day.

I assume someone she trusted enough to look after her son, however, the babysitter distanced herself from the family - so maybe not?

It is a very long time and you have to wonder did the babysitter know that she wasn't going to return to work during the conversation because of the length of it? But then the babysitter mentioned how everything seemed to be normal but I don't think that can be true.

The babysitter didn’t hear any background noise (office versus bar atmosphere)?
Prisma did not sound intoxicated?
Normal to have an hour long chitchat while on the job?
Prisma did a good job of hiding everything if the babysitter did not suspect anything and indicated nothing out of the ordinary.
JMO

Even if she took the call outside - it would have been a different background noise than the office surely unless the babysitter just didn't notice at all and thought they were her colleagues?
But the length of the call is weird. I mean, they couldn't have just been talking about work and her son? I assume she might've complained about her day. But then on the flip side was the babysitter even listening, maybe it was an incredibly one-sided conversation?
But for sure, I think the babysitter knew she wasn't returning to work or at least knows something IMO.

Timeline Questions:
  1. Do we know what time Prisma started at work? Some suspect 10am, has that been confirmed? If she worked 10-7 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch, this schedule would fit a standard 8-hour work day.
  2. Did the altercation at work happen when she pulled into the parking lot to start her shift for the day or prior to leaving for lunch?
  3. Do we know what exact time Prisma left for lunch? I’ve seen reports indicate 12, 1, and 1:30
  4. Do we know how long Prisma and R were at E-Bar Tex Mex together before the incident occurred? Did they eat or drink anything together?
  5. Do we know how long the call between Prisma and R lasted at 2:30?
  6. Reports state Prisma’s job tried calling her after she didn’t return from lunch, but she did not answer. Do we know what time they called? Obviously, she was dodging them, considering she was very active on her phone all afternoon.
  7. Do we know the exact spot Prisma turned around and changed her route of direction on US HWY 12? I think I read near white rock lake. Is there an obvious spot she would have turned around there, for those familiar with the area?
  8. Do we know how long the call to R lasted at 5:27pm?
  9. Both 7:30 and 7:40 reported as her typical pick up time from MJ. Was it confirmed which one was more typical? I’m not sure this fact matters, I’m just curious.
  10. When exactly did scent dogs search the apartments for Prisma? I think I read it was confirmed both scent dogs and cadaver dogs were on scene. Can someone verify?
A few answers:

2. Parking lot altercation at work: This information came from a person who spoke to Prisma on the phone that day. The altercation was allegedly about a parking space, so I presume it happened upon arrival at work.

5. Length of the 2:30 call to R: 5 minutes

8: Length of the 5:27 call to R: 1 minute

ETA: The call log is shown in the Gray Hughes' YouTube video in which he interviewed Prisma's father. It's not clear whether 1-minute calls in the log were merely attempts. There have been quite a few in the last 10 minutes before the call activity stopped.

Miscellaneous Questions:

  1. I’ve read different things about Prisma’s job as a paralegal. Some say it was a past job, some say her job at the car dealership involved legal services, others say she was still a part time paralegal. Has anything been confirmed? I imagine if she had a second job, we would have known about it by now from either the employer or MJ.
  2. There were reports of a 911 hang-up call. If that was true, we would have seen that on her phone records, right? Also, don’t police usually send someone out in the event of a hang-up just in case? I’m assuming this was ruled out. Has it been confirmed?
  3. Do we have any other details regarding the parking lot incident at work? Could Prisma have quit or not returned because of the parking lot incident with her coworker? Did either of them get in trouble?
  4. Did she indicate to any of her coworkers that her lunch would be longer that day than usual? Did she storm out frustrated or leave normally? Did we confirm what exact time she was expected back?
  5. R reportedly left E-Bar Tex Mex much earlier than Prisma. Did he leave because of the incident or because he had plans with friends in another city (later used as his alibi)? The incident is very confusing to me. The bartender stated that both Prisma and R left before the cops arrived, 45 minutes after they were called. If R left right after the altercation, this would assume he left about 45 minutes before Prisma and we already know she left at about 5pm. It’s interesting to me that cops showed up right after 5 and then there was another incident with her blocks away, but she drove off before cops arrived. Wouldn’t they have been right there already? I saw some reports state that there was no official incident report found from the restaurant incident. Has it been confirmed they arrived?
  6. The bartender claimed Prisma took a call outside and R was upset, causing the verbal altercation between the two. Could we look at her records and see who she was talking to, and for how long, that upset the boyfriend? I doubt that this was the call with MJ. It would be incredibly unlikely she took a call outside for 52 minutes with R waiting inside. Is there another call on her call log that would make more sense?
  7. Has the 911 call from the road rage incident been released with any more information? The police indicated they don’t believe this has anything to do with her disappearance. It appears this was a random coincidence, but I do wonder if those involved could (or did) provide any further details that could help understand her state of mind, if she appeared drunk, what was said/done, if she was swerving, etc.
  8. Given the surveillance at the restaurant is not shown with a timestamp, was it confirmed Prisma was talking to MJ on the footage released? Did she make other calls while at the restaurant that we maybe saw? Did the bartender hear anything Prisma may have said on her calls, given they were close in the footage?
  9. The call with MJ seems so fishy to me. The most curious thing to me is that it appears she changes her story about their call a few times. First reports said that MJ said Prisma only indicated she would be there to pick her son up on time. Then it seemed as phone records were discussed and it was common knowledge that they talked for quite a long time, MJ said they discussed her job. Does that mean Prisma told MJ she did not plan to return to work after lunch? If so, what did she tell MJ she was doing in the meantime until she planned to pick her son up at a normal time? The answer could help put together Prisma’s intentions/plans for the afternoon. If they talked about her job but Prisma did not mention not returning to work that day, had she lost track of time and planned to still return to work at the time of the call? I find the latter more unlikely. MJ’s final story about the phone call is that they discussed upcoming plans for Easter. If that conversation was innocent, why did MJ take so long to release those additional details about Easter? I would be curious to know if Prisma indicated any distress about R to MJ.
  10. Prisma reportedly drives toward her home and/or job after the road rage incident and then turns around. Did she receive a call that asked her to come to the apartments that made her turn around to meet someone there? I would be curious about her phone records during that time specifically.
  11. Has it been made clear if Prisma entered the elevators we saw in the video or ones across the way? I’m still confused on which ones were the resident elevators and which ones were the parking structure elevators. It would appear she entered different elevators than what we saw, given she walks away, unless she comes back, and we haven’t seen that footage.
  12. It was indicated the call at 6:00 lasted 3 minutes, how is that possible if she made another call 1 minute later?
  13. Did the apartment witness give a description of the man she seen with Prisma on the roof days before her disappearance? I’m assuming if she did, the cops have that information.
  14. Did we confirm who bought Prisma the car? Her Facebook has a video from 2016 where you can see she is driving a white car, but it’s unclear if it is the jeep. If she had the car going back that long, the person who bought it had known her for a while before her disappearance.
  15. Prisma’s outgoing phone activity stops at 6:01. Later her sister reports that the phone rang multiple times, before going to voicemail, when they tried calling. I find the sister’s story hard to believe, given reportedly no one in the family, except the stepdad, knew about Prisma missing until the following day (18th). I highly doubt, with all her phone activity, that the phone was still turned on the following day, I’m assuming it would have died by then. I don’t think the sister is lying, by any means, I think maybe this detail is not reported or remembered correctly. In the odd event her phone was still turned on, I believe a cell phone’s location pings with incoming activity (and not just outgoing). If that’s true, detectives could potentially confirm where her phone exactly was until it was shut off or dead into the next day. On the other hand, if her phone truly died at 6:01pm and she made a call for help minutes earlier, even if she was confused, I would imagine she would have tried to charge her phone or go back to the only familiar thing nearby: her car. I would imagine if I was in a panic and needed to make a call for help, but my phone died I would try to get back to my car to plug it in the car charger. I don’t know if Prisma had a car charger, but I’m thinking if she was in trouble, panic and adrenaline would have kicked in and she would have tried to get to her car to charge her phone or escape the situation.
  16. It was explained that calls were all rounded up, meaning calls that lasted 1 minute likely means no one answered. Could this also imply that any call under 30 seconds would not show up on Prisma’s records? If she hung up before 30 seconds, for any reason?
A few more:

1. Paralegal job: She used to work as a paralegal, but that was not her job at the car dealership. She had only been working there for a couple of weeks. Information on her second job was not in MSM, so I won't discuss it here.

6. A call on the timeline that could have made bf upset: There was a 4-minute outgoing call at 2:57 to a number registered in Colorado.

9. The long babysitter call: Prisma allegedly told her that she was on her lunch break.

10. Phone records around the time of her turnaround: 5:25 - 1-minute outgoing call to P, 5:27 - 1-minute outgoing call to R. Both of those could have been attempts.

It was later confirmed the car was not in Prisma’s name and was gifted to her by another man. Prisma’s stepfather indicated she loved this car.
A few remarks on the timeline:

[12:00pm] Prisma Spoke with Mother on Phone: Prisma’s Mother Warned About Incoming Bad Weather

I don't see that call on the log. Calls around that time:

11:06 - 2-minute incoming call, caller unknown (X)
11:08 - 3-minute outgoing call to X
12:05 - 4-minute incoming call from R
12:17 - 3-minute incoming call from X

I think I remember from Gray Hughes' video that she allegedly received a call from her son's school that morning.

[1:15pm] Outgoing Call to R: Call Lasted 15 Minutes

That call was at 1:12 on the log. There was another 1-minute incoming call at 1:28

[2:30pm] Incoming Call from R

That was actually an outgoing call that lasted 5 minutes. So by that time R had either already left the bar or had not arrived yet. The call that could potentially have upset him was made (not taken) at 2:57.

[5:49pm] Outgoing Call

That was a 2-minute call to another number registered in Texas. This is the call from the video in front of the elevator. I don't see the person she called on your list of important people. (Presumably the friend from Colorado is from the 5:25 call.)

I'm sure the babysitter tried to call her later that evening. She might have notified Prisma's mother but not the father. We don't know when Prisma's phone stopped pinging. The police are only saying that it last pinged in the Olympus building. They probably can't pinpoint the exact location. According to the last person she spoke with (P) she was confused, didn't know where she was and couldn't figure out how to "ping" location on her phone. IMO it's possible that she was too impaired to return to her car.

I’m still confused on which ones were the resident elevators and which ones were the parking structure elevators. It would appear she entered different elevators than what we saw, given she walks away, unless she comes back, and we haven’t seen that footage.
There are two elevators in the parking structure. She took the elevator on the other side, not the one near the entrance where she's seen on video. She was not seen in the residential part of the complex. There are no cameras pointing at elevators in the residential area, nor are there any in the corridors.

Theories of What Happened:

2. Silver Car/Trunk:
Someone commented reporting the parking garage had a system that tracked every license plate that entered the garage.
There is a camera inside the garage pointing at the guest entrance for vehicles (Prisma's Jeep parked across the street was recorded with it), but no cameras at the resident entrance or exit. A complex employee told a visitor that there was a licence plate reader in the garage (in a video of the garage tour on GH's channel), but that has not been confirmed by anyone else.

Excellent case management of time line and of breakdown of GH pod cast.
