Why would police want to release only att warrant? why not tmobile and verizon or does everyone in that area choose att for some reason which likely would be getting the very best reception?

I would give the police anything at all that they wanted for any reason at all that sounded even halfway reasonable to me, that's how i feel toward all police.

In a case like this I probably would...but I do not just blindly trust people with badges. It would depend upon the situation. JMO

Even if a phone is turned over to LE, records would still be needed from the cell provider. That's the reason why they requested MB and BB records to see what may have been deleted from their phone.

You guess its true, that that was someones opinion? or that you believe something else to be a fact. Not trying to be snarky just understand.
ETA: usually when a situation like this its a Verified Insider giving such detailed info like and even then we can choose to believe or not believe. Per TOS. Just confused on this whole thread I guess. Not that I don't appreciate local comments, I do.

1. IMO it looks like the perp picked up the pace just before he breaks a window which is when he seems to have found Missy.

2. I remember reading that LE wasn't sure which way the perp escaped which made me think Missy may have broken a window to the outside of the church to escape. Can anyone confirm if the room in which Missy was murdered, did in fact, have a broken window to the outside of the building?

I am pretty darn sure this is biggish kind of news. ct has two fb's and i keep both open all the time. ALL of her just about everyother day makeup posts have gotten deleted back to March 14. When they were there before the most recent one she wrote suggesting people add orange to jazz up their makeup because orange is in.

But are these warrants about searching phones? Or phone records? Two different things. I can't imagine any of the people on that list not volunteering their phone, none have been described as not cooperating. But stuff can be deleted off phones. It's not deleted at the company's end, plus they have even more info than a phone does.

Bingo. And why 2 couples. If you're the victims best friend. Then why get a warrant for the spouses phone as well?

Now maybe camper 1 was at a gas station at 4am. Which would clear them.

But 2 couples. Now I see the need for both tuckers but why both kc and mc as well.

I think perhaps that if you get the jump on someone and you've got the weapon and they don't, it doesn't really matter to much if you're mismatched in size, strength, training etc.

does a stingray mean the police locally can just choose a cell phone number and call it and intercept the call? Can the poice set that up so that it constantly records one person's phone calls from that number? Can the stingray only do one number at a time?

The StingRay is an IMSI-catcher with both passive (digital analyzer) and active (cell site simulator) capabilities. When operating in active mode, the device mimics a wireless carrier cell tower in order to force all nearby mobile phones and other cellular data devices to connect to it.

LE would position the stingray where they hope the killer would use their phone. A return to the scene of the crime maybe? They could then extract data from the phone which could be inculpatory.

Someone had mentioned earlier that the trash pickup was on the 23rd and why didn't they pick it up earlier. Trash day is once a week, normally, so that would include trash from 16th-22nd (if it was put out night before 23rd for pick-up).

Trash is picked up twice a week in Mansfield, and those 2 days are different in each neighborhood

*Speculation is allowed if it involves someone who has been named in the mainstream media and you can logically put this person at the scene of the crime or can suggest they were somehow involved. Speculation has to be based on some semblance of fact. In other words, you can’t speculate that the dry cleaning people killed Missy. The police have confirmed they believe Missy was targeted. That’s a good place to start.

I think it is great to get insights and opinions from locals on this site. They get access to knowledge and opinions that the media never reports. Has anyone posted the blown up shot of the perp's eyes on this thread. It is hard to definitely match the eyes to any one individual, but I have my opinion and think there will be an arrest this week. That person is on the warrant from a few days ago. The shot also rules out any dark skinned persons in my opinion, but they could always be involved in other ways I suppose.

I thought that because said Missy had so many wounds it likely meant that Missy tried to fight but that person had a protective outfit on so the murderer wouldnt wind up with a scratch. Which reminds me I've thought the murderer had various fabrics on under the helmet so if Missy whacked at the murderer's head the murderer would have planned out to insulate themselves so missy couldnt leave the murderer winding up with a banged up face or anything. oh oh and that makes me think then murderer who used fbook regularly would logically want to post a super close up facie selfie on fb to thow off the police with a 'lookee me, i couln't have murdered anyone because I look chipper as always and there's not a mark on me - - you police better go lookin elsewhere'.

Hi there! Just my opinion below & crime profiling. I'm still not sold that an accomplice isn't involved other than husband. But MOO.

Motive: Personal & Professional Jealousy

IMO...You have a possible perp where LE is aware of the home bc of possible past domestic violence issues where police were called out; wife might have been the aggressor. Husband is former military & self-defense expert. Wife likely has above knowledge capabilities in self-defense & combat, too. Missy was fit & tough, but female perp was likely skilled enough to surprise attack and drop to the ground.

Background: Wife makes all the money working 9 years as a budget analyst at an aviation company. She's smart & successful with an MBA. She leaves her job one year ago & 3 months later becomes pregnant. So now you have a tsunami of things occurring: loss of major income and your 4th child on the way. She starts doing Mary Kay, another likely stressor, bc now two parents rely on unsteady income.

Right before pregnancy, daughter falls from the home stairwell balcony and suffers a broken jaw & brain injuries and is in ICU. She ultimately survives but requires longer hospital stay. More stressors.

Mom gets pregnant. During pregnancy, she posts selfies constantly and speaks about losing weight as soon as the baby arrives. She seems determined. She talks about getting in shape and going to the gym. When baby arrives, she's soon all about losing weight. But as the months move into February, she's not going to the gym as much nor losing the weight.

Soon her husband finds a great new job with a vibrant woman as a partner in the next town over. This woman is also a mom & wife and also runs her own business and seems to be loved by everyone. She's fit, bubbly and outgoing. Her husband and MB are working a lot and just all about helping other people with their goals! So mom and dad split time with the kids, but dad's new job requires him to do many classes early and late.

Missy is just like CT in her eyes. Missy's also a mom & runs her own business...And she's successful, healthy and fit. And everyone admires her. Even CT's husband. She can't take it anymore. The rage & jealousy builds. An emotional affair derives in her mind. Since she's smarter than all of us, in her eyes, perp thinks she can get away with it. She knows the ends and outs of that location, surveillance cams, when Missy will arrive, when campers will arrive & it won't be suspicious to be out early in the morning bc that's when she usually works out anyway.

April 16-17 Missy & AJ are heading to Austin for a work event.

One day before, April 15, a creepy message arrives to Missy on LinkedIn by unknown person.

April 18 - Missy is murdered with wounds to her head and chest, meaning the perp likely sat on top of her so she could see her eyes.

Husband never knows.
